"This is a great property. So much room inside the house and outside. So many items provided for your use, both inside and outside house. So close to downtown and many activities. Even though it’s right off the highway, it’s far enough off the road that u could not hear the traffic. Our whole family had so much fun! "

"What you see in the photos is exactly what you get when you arrive. We had 20 adults and one toddler and at no time did it even seem like there were a lot of people there. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, well appointed with enough toiletries and paper products to get you though several days. The kitchen was the star of the week, with two large sinks, two dishwashers, two stoves/ovens, more than five coffee pots, two microwaves and a pantry with more counter space as well as two more huge...

"This property did not disappoint! Spectacular sunsets, lake chain, wild life, paddle boards, kayaking, tritoon, swimming, pool table, … you name it, they’ve got it! Any questions, Miranda got back to me immediately. So nice to enjoy our family all together for a dream of a week in a beautiful spot. Close to multiple hiking spots and adjacent adventures too!"

"This home is spectacular! The house is beautifully kept, lots of amenities, and perfect for a larger family. Wonderful host/hostess. It gives you North woods with connivence of being in walking distance to downtown. Loved it so much and will back for 2 weeks next year. "

"Great house for a large family vacation up north on a lake. Everyone had their own space but under one roof. The kitchen was amazing and had all utensils we needed. Bring your own seasonings and sharp knives. Plenty of fridge and freezer space. Had a great time cruising the chain of lakes on our pontoon (not included in rental, we brought our own.)"

"Cleanliness is at top of the list for me and this place hit the mark. There were four of us and were a little concerned about having one bathroom, but had no issues. We each had our own bedrooms and besides that we were mainly in the kitchen prepping food and in the dining room playing games.There was a pull through driveway, which helped tremendously since we brought our boat. The house is situated next to a road, but we hardly heard any cars go by, so it was quiet. Also, there were not any...

"Yellow Birch Lodge was terrific for our every two year family gathering. Nice lodging, wonderful location, outstanding amenities including canoes, kayaks, paddle boards etc. The owner provided exceedingly detailed instructions and information. If you go, for sure rent a pontoon boat for the duration. Near perfect, with the only issue being construction occurring next door. "

"Everyone was very impressed with the property and requested that I rent it next year. There was plenty of space to spread out, the beds, bathrooms and kitchen areas were all very clean and appreciated. The location was perfect for us as it was close to all the activities we needed to attend. Thank you again for the opportunity to stay here and I look forward to see you next time. PS - we enjoyed the video game system too. "

"Nice location on the river (good views). Comfortable beds. LOTS of space. Nice having pool table and foosball (weather was crappy so it gave us activities when not at the rink). Enjoyed our stay."

"Had a great time staying on the Eagle River with my family. Cabin was clean and had all the basics, convenient location near eagle river though boating to the main lake took some time. Really appreciated the rowboat, paddle boats and kayaks!"

"We really enjoyed the privacy of the cabin, the pretty setting and the fact there is very little traffic on the lake. Great having a pontoon at our disposal! The owner was terrific to work with and very accommodating!"

"The cabin was very nice and putting the boat in right by the dock was great! No need to go to a boat landing. Right on the chain to stop at bars with great food! Renting a pontoon was easy too."
