"Love the staff but your water pressure sucks. Using an energy saving shower head DOES NOT save money! The shower in the room I had was a mere trickle and I left each day feeling soapy which made me itch!! So for that I give my overall rating as ☹️😡"

"The room was clean. The bedding was clean and bed was comfortable. The hallways leading to rooms have pet urine and fecal stains where it doesn’t look as though it was cleaned properly. That is my only complaint. The hotel is pet friendly, which was essential, but my dogs were diapers to prevent messes. Perhaps offering pet diapers for sale at the front desk would be a benefit to keeping the common areas and rooms clean."

"Bed wasnt the usual awesome bed like the other Holiday Inn Expresses Ive stayed in. Hard as a rock. And, please have some gluten free muffin or toast. Others do have this as well."

"The property is older and showing expected signs of wear/repair. Everything was clean and smelling good, though. The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful with requests. The breakfast was ok. There were lots of options, but mostly processed stuff. Super sugary juices. Decent coffee, which is a big plus for me."
