"Everything was great but the hot tub was not working"

"Good access off freeway. Nice lobby and adequate parking. Check in went smooth. Room is larger than normal, small bar area with sink and fridge is nice. Large bathroom with separate toilet with door. But a couple issues prevent higher rating. First, there was an odor. Didn't figure out where is was coming from but discovered it was from the shower drain after taking shower. It's from build up of hair, etc over time. Needs cleaning. At least in room 311. "Excellent service and kindness from staff. Comfy beds, small pool, nice court yard and sitting area for breakfast."

"The property is very nice, they had just renovated the pool and got tub and we were told they do this every year. The staff was great. The property has ample parking and it's close to everything you could think of to eat or shop. The only down side was the breakfast. It was the same everyday, pork or turkey sausage, would have been nice to have bacon one day. They ran out of bananas on the last day we were there and a shortage of yogurt on that morning too.
