"I like the fact the hotel is right on the beach and has parking for 1 car per room which is a real money saver. There is a walkway from the second floor straight out to the beach. "You can’t be the property grounds, tons of places to explore and comfortably hang out or lets the kids run around and play."

"The hotel is fairly new, so iy was clean overall. The main issue for this hotel is the fact that you can hear EVERYTHING! You can even hear your next door guests talking. Also outside noises are easily heard, which makes light sleepers to wake up back to back. Luckily for me, I'm far from being a light sleeper, but in other hand, my fiancé is alight sleep, which made it difficult for him to sleep well. "Breakfast was good. Room as clean and nice. Friendly staff and enjoyed petting Skittles the cat. Only thing I would change or recommend is having charging stations in each room. That would make it perfect!!"

"Room is basic and small which is not a problem but cleanliness is lacking. My sheets were stained and there was hair pieces on shower floor. Most surfaces around the hotel could use a good cleaning. No complimentary water either. For such basic property the price is too high and you can get similar hotels in the area for much less."

"A lot of things seemed outdated and grungy. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. The TV in our room didn’t work, we told the desk and they didn’t come fix it. There were stains on the carpet, and our floor smelled like a portapotty the whole trip. Our room was big though, and the common areas are nice."

"There are teens that come off the boardwalk and use the pools- inside and outside. The lack of supervision means they get out of hand behaviorally. There were two teens actually engaging in sexual activity in the inside pool one night. We informed staff and it took over 30 minutes for anyone to come. The kids left and came right back wit no additional checks happening. We are bonvoy members and requested late check out. They said to ask morning of. Morning of (6am), they said they couldn’t do...
