"Its very peacefull and quite and clean. Its self catering and shops are bit far so best take extra food and grocery. We stayed in bunglow and they got nice clean kitchen with all the cooking facilities. Rooms are nice but mattress are bit old.View from bunglows are lovely,I ll try to share image. Staff are friendly. All in all 5 stars. Price reflects. "

"Amazing place! The ladies in reception of the hotel where we picked up the keys were so lovely. The apartment was stunning and over 2 floors, beautiful big bay window over looking the sea and the beds were very comfortable. It was extremely clean and tidy. Also loved the spa. "My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights for pleasure and cannot fault our experience. The apartment was perfect for our needs and spacious. Lovely view of gardens and countryside. "Fabulous stay at the Mountain View property. Perfectly located in Dolgellau to either take local walks or drive further afield. Candy & Marcus were perfect hosts, quickly responding to any questions. House was very clean and well appointed to make our stay enjoyable. Wonderful views looking out over the village to the valley and mountains beyond. Highly recommended."

"Be very aware that this is on a campsite so can be busy. For me the biggest issue was that I had missed that there is further accommodation above the property so that it is an apartment rather than a cottage. "D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility...
