Imagine waking up to the sound of the cuckoo, stepping outside into your garden, taking a breath of fresh air and looking at the trees nearby and the mountains in the distance, while only hearing the sound of birds and the wind. That’s what going back to nature feels like. That’s what being at Arode Nature Villa Bellevue is like.

In a secluded area of the village of Katselovo, on top of the hill with beautiful views over the wooded valley, the village and the mountains, this 2-storey villa is located in a beautiful large garden.

Downstairs is an open plan living area of 35 m2 with a large U-shaped kitchen, a dining area for 10 people, sitting area with a large (double sleeping) sofa, 42-inch TV with Nintendo Wii, and an original old stove/oven (usable, but wood to burn is not included). Due to the 70 cm natural stone walls, the temperature is always pleasant here, but there is also air conditioning for cooling and heating.

The second floor, accessible via an external staircase, consists of 3 double bedrooms (with air conditioning), a complete bathroom and a very wide landing with a children’s play area (with toy cars and building blocks) and an extra sleeping sofa. The Master Bedroom has a 37-inch TV with retro game console. From the balcony at the front door you have an amazing view over the garden and the valley.

The 1550 m2 garden makes this a real nature villa: it will be actually your main living area. It consists of a grassy landscape with all kinds of fruits and nuts trees for shade, as greenery and as food for you to enjoy. The main feature is of course the large 5 meter round swimming pool (1.35 m deep) along a variety of seating arrangements and hammocks spread along the yard. Next to the pool is a sun shower for after your swim, or just to enjoy an outside shower, and we also have a children’s inflatable pool. Directly in front of the house is a terrace with dining tables and chairs under a pergola with grapes, and on the side of the house is another terrace overlooking the garden with both a stone wood/coal-burning and gas barbecues (wood, coal are not included, gas is included). On the west side of the property is a small covered pergola with a sitting area with stunning views overlooking the forested valley, and next to it is the outdoor toilet with sink. Close-by are longchairs and a firepit for campfires (because of possible wildfires not allowed in July & August and dry periods).

For outside entertainment you’ll have a multi-purpose courtyard for Volleyball, Badminton, Football and petanque/jeu de boules. A few feet away is a sand pit for the children to play in, which doubles as a toddler pool. Furthermore there is a double swing, rings and bar, climbing rope, a huge 4-meter wide trampoline, a basketball court and a darts board.
