"Great spot for our family reunion of 25 adults and kids. Great common areas between kitchens, outdoor covered patio with new flat top grill, pool, turf field, tennis court, movie theater. Huge and comfortable bedrooms, kids all slept together in a few of the multi-bed rooms, and had 8 cots for the littlest kids to add in. There were a few things that needed to be fixed / cleaned up, but Maggie the property manager was very responsive and helpful with all of our needs (including through the...

"Nice casita! Very clean and has everything you need. Comfortable bed and nice sheets. The refrigerator was handy as well as the coffee pot which has a dual feature — a regular full size coffee pot and a single cup pod if you want to use that instead. It also includes a full size microwave and toaster oven. It was nice and quiet. Elizabeth the host was quick to respond to any questions. Great little place to stay. Highly recommend!"

"We were very pleased with our stay at this property. Everything was exactly as described, and the home was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. From the clean and welcoming space to the well-stocked amenities, it truly felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely recommend this property to others and would gladly stay here again!"

"A beautiful spacious estate perfect for our family gathering! The open floor plan is great - everyone could gather in groups in separate spaces (living room, pool table area, kitchen) while still feeling together. The 2-bedroom apartment was great for those wanting more privacy. There was plenty of space to eat both inside and outside and the kitchen was well-stocked. We would definitely recommend this beautiful property!"

"The property was beautiful and just as described. Close to the wedding location so it made our transportation easy. Check-in and check out were very user friendly and great communication! The game Room was a hit too! A great place to stay for weddings at Pymm Ranch. The backyard at night is beautifully lit and very inviting! I would definitely book this property again. "

"Property as described, well equipped and close to Monserate and our Son’s wedding. Also a short drive to downtown Fallbrook. Had our family dog with us, plenty of room both in and around the gated property. Well lit outside around house for his pit stops. "Great location, we walked to three wineries.The villa was very clean, kitchen had three coffee makers, host provided many ammenities.
