Checking in has never been easier! With our contactless self-check-in, you can arrive whenever it suits you. Simply head to our digital key system, enter your personal code, and grab your key – quick and hassle-free!

During your stay, you have access not only to your apartment but also to some great extras:

🏡 Inner courtyard – A perfect spot for a little fresh air.
🎒 Luggage drop-off – Store your bags before check-in or after check-out.

Your apartment on the ground floor is easily accessible, while the upper floors are reached via stairs. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM, giving you plenty of time to settle in and relax.

At BHH - Homes, we believe in making your stay as easy and flexible as possible – that’s why everything is digital! You can check in and out independently, with no hassle. If you ever have a question or need assistance, we’re available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM via phone, Whats-App, email, or Airbnb messages.

In case of emergencies, we’re here for you outside these hours as well! Sometimes, we’re on-site and love having a quick chat with our guests. But most of the time, everything is contactless – so you can enjoy your stay at your own pace.

And don’t worry if something goes wrong – we’ve got backup plans! Lost your key? We have spare key boxes. Any technical issues? We’ll sort them out quickly or call the right professionals.

In short: We’re always here when you need us – but we also give you the space to enjoy Düsseldorf in your own way.

House Rules:

•Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments.
•Parties & Events: To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, parties and events are not allowed.
•Quiet Hours: Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM for a pleasant atmosphere.

Additional Services:

•Cleaning Service: For long-term stays, mid-stay cleaning can be booked upon request.
•Long-term Discounts: We offer special discounts for extended stays – feel free to ask!

Parking Options:

As we are located in the heart of the city, free street parking is not available. However, there are several parking garages nearby:

→ The best option if you want to park right around the corner.
🅿️ Hauptbahnhof Parking Garage (Approx. 10-minute walk)
→ A great choice for safe and central parking.
🅿️ Q-Park Stadtmitte (formerly Karstadt) (Approx. 15-minute walk)
→ A modern and spacious parking option for longer stays.
🅿️ Kirchplatz Parking Garage (Approx. 12-minute walk)
→ A convenient alternative with quick access to our location.

Public Transportation:

You are well-connected to the city’s transport network

🚋 Tram: The D-Morsestraße stop is just one minute away (Line 705).

🚌 Bus: The 732 and NE8 bus lines also stop right nearby.

With these connections, you can easily reach all major spots in Düsseldorf.

• Extra guests: Only the booked number of guests may stay overnight.
• Check-out is by 10:30 AM ⏰ – so we can prepare everything for the next guest.
