Numerous small supermarkets & restaurants around serve perfect quality meals(fresh seafood).The set of 2 sunbeds and umbrella costs 5€(3€ after 4 pm). This area is one of the best in Durres city because of the access to the city, Downtown is just 3 km from the apartment.

The apartment is large and has flexible space, composed of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and two balconies both overlooking the sea. A good Wi-Fi(perfect for working online). All windows have thick blinds & it doesn’t get hot during the day. It is accessible by stairs and elevators as well. This apartment was renovated in March 2023. This apartment can accommodate up to 5 people very well. This apartment is perfect because nearby there are numerous supermarkets, Bar-cafe, Restaurants, Pharmacy etc.
