The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. The home is a perfect retreat for everyone from individuals to families. Located in the peaceful Sacriston-Durham Area, you will find a local park, pub and plenty of takeaways just a short walk away. The city centre is 8-10 minutes drive away.

-Three bedrooms: Two large bedrooms with a double bed and one with a single bed. All with generous wardrobe/storage
-One bathroom with a toilet, sink and a bath with a high pressure overhead shower
-Fully equipped kitchen: a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer, washing machine and a microwave.
-Iron, ironing board and clothes drying rack
