"The only two downsides were a lack of WiFi and cell service (only available in the main house) and no GPS. They do send you very detailed directions, but if you are wholly unfamiliar with the area, it can be a little unsettling to be on winding roads outside of civilization with no cell service. "Austin was a fantastic host - responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. The videos of the property were super helpful and accurately reflected the space. Our group absolutely loved this unit - it was perfect for our weekend getaway to the 4848 Festival. By far, this has been our favorite place to stay at Snowshoe. Highly recommend!"

"The Cozy Cabin is the perfect name for it. It is a very cute cozy little cabin. Its location is very convenient. We went to Cass, Snowshoe, and a few other local places. Had pizza from The Kickin Chicken and it was delicious. Dennis-the host is fantastic. He’s very fast with responses to messages or questions. Checking in was very easy. I used Apple Maps and the directions took me right to the house. We even met the cleaning lady and she’s just the sweetest. I’m very happy with our booking. "

"Great spot, very cool cabin! Convenient to many great locations: Dolly Sods, Seneca Rocks, Spruce Knob etc. Only downside was that the neighbors down the road are a little loud. The gravel road in got a bit washed out in the storm, so 4WD is recommended"

"We were visiting Marlinton, WV to bicycle ride the Greenbriar Trail. This house was perfect as you could ride to the trail within a few minutes. The house is also close to restaurants and a bike shop. The bed was very comfortable. The bed and bathroom linens were excellent. There is a cute kitchen with all the equipment you would need for a meal. Also chilled mugs for your beer. Overall we had a great stay and will be recommending to our friends. "
