El Sol Sureño is a secure gated community, conveniently located just 10 minutes from Grantley Adams International Airport and equally close to Oistins, a popular town to sample local cuisine or fish fry. Tenant Obligations
“To abide by the “Rules for Living at El Sol Sureno”, issued by the Condominium Management Board, a copy of which is appended to this agreement and forms part hereof, and to pay any fines which may be levied on the landlord as a result of a breach of the rules for living by the tenant or the tenant’s guests.”
Security deposit
500 euros Cash upon Arrival in an envelope OR pre-authorised on Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Any necessary deductions will be made for damages, breakages or additional cleaning.
