Luxury Townhome - Great Views - 4 Miles from Downtown - Central AC

Our 1,500 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Crimson Cliff townhome (Unit 5) is situated near the Animas River just 4 miles north of downtown Durango and 25 miles from Durango Mountain Resort (25 minutes). This home offers an ideal location with incomparable views of the Animas River Valley, and immediate access to the resort area without having to drive through town to get to trails, national forest land and the ski area.

The Durango Trolley stops right in front of the home every 20 minutes making it convenient to get downtown without having to drive or park.

The kitchen features high end appliances and central AC for the occasional warm summer days.

The Crimson Cliff complex includes a private park with sand volleyball court, playground equipment, nine-hole mini-golf, small pond, fire pit and a gravel walking track around the large lawn.

Bed Configuration:
Master Bedroom- Queen with TV and Ensuite Bath (Ground Floor)
2nd Bedroom- Queen (2nd floor-Main Level)
Bonus Room - Bunk Beds (single over single) (2nd Floor-Main Level)

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

This was an absolutely lovely property! It had everything we needed and more. It is well appointed, comfy, and teeming with charm. We got there at the beginning of Train Season and were thrilled to see the Durango & Silverton line right outside the patio window. This is the perfect location for your escape!!

We really enjoyed our time at Crimson Cliffs/5. Our family of 4 were on a West coast hiking/biking/fishing trip and we stayed here during our first trip to Durango. The location was great - close to town with the room we wanted for an adventure home base. The garage was clean and had room for our bikes & gear. The living area was clean, luxurious, and stocked with everything we needed. The kids loved the train that runs very close to the rear deck (it goes by a handful of times each day and is quiet at night), and the community members we met were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

We had a wonderful time in Durango. The location was close to town. It was fun waving to the people on the train. The property was well maintained and clean. We could also park in the garage. If we go back to Durango, we would definitely want to stay at this location again.

Perfect place to stay just a few minutes outside of Durango. The layout of the home was great and located in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked with anything you could need to prepare meals, including a variety of cookbooks. We enjoyed watching the Durango Silverton train go right by a couple of times a day. If we ever make it back to the area I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in Durango! The condo was not only beautiful, but in a great location!! We were 30 minutes from Purgatory, and so close to great hiking, delicious restaurants, and fun evening activities! The daily train whistle right behind the condo was a cool touch too!!

Enjoyed our 10 day stay in this super comfy townhome! Well stocked kitchen. Easy access to hwy 550 for downtown exploring in addition to the surrounding sites. Appreciated access to the garage for secure parking. Some maintenance items for consideration: - Loose towel bar in downstairs master bathroom - front door handle sticks, may need some WD-40 - one ceiling light out in kitchen - ironing board cover needs replacing Comfort requests: - cushions for patio furniture - standard, brighter lights in all rooms - drawer and closet space for clothing in both master BR ** might want to consider moving sound bar away from common wall so the sound vibration doesnā€™t bother the neighbor. Our 2 movies were complete and TV off before 10 pm

We loved the layout of this condo. It was very roomy and convenient to have the master on a separate level than the other bedrooms. Every morning we enjoyed watching the train go by and looking at the beautiful mountains. Itā€™s very close to everything you would want to do in Durango. We highly recommend the Hot Springs that are right up the road. The condo was in perfect condition. Everything was clean and they had many special touches. Would love to stay here again.

Came for work at Ft. Lewis College and wish we had more time to play and explore the area. The townhome was great! A garage door opener would make the place perfect!
