"Meet up for a family birthday with infants. Chosen for central location from where we live. Lovely house and gardens with excellent facilities. "

"Terrible property - due to stay here for 5 nights but posed such a health risk that we left immediately and checked in elsewhere at great expense. Sacks of rubbish left, outdoor dining area unusable, dangerous shower, bedroom fans covered in thick dust and mould. Is not as described - is a mid terraced property, not semi-detached as the pictures suggest. Neighbours garden full of trade waste and arguing with each other so would have been unpleasant to sit outside. Undesirable area. Do not stay...

"Overall great place. Nice yard, comfortable couches, plenty of space. Upstairs rooms get hot during the hottest part of the summer. Back doors don't open. But overall our family loved staying there. "

"What amazing places Lynton and Lynmouth are? Beautiful scenery and lovely people everywhere. Our stay at Whitebeam was the highlight. Nice and clean lodge with good beds, well equipped kitchen and a good WiFi connection. All you can ask on your holiday! The hosts Richard and Bridget were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Wish we could stay a bit longer. We will be back soon. Highly recommended !!"
