Pets and Children are not allowed in our property only two adults are allowed Extra person will be charges £30 per person per day..
An iron and ironing board are provided for long-stay guests. Daily cleaning of your bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and bedding is your responsibility throughout your stay. We provide professional cleaning only before check-in and after check-out. Extra cleaning during stay can be provided with extra cost-£22 per hour.
A fan will be provided during summer months. A Smart TV is available; guests may use their own Netflix, Prime Video, or other streaming service accounts. Toilet tissue and hand wash and body wash are supplied, Tea, coffee, and sugar are provided as a welcome gesture only. Two towels and two napkins are supplied,with Two fresh towel provided weekly. Extra bedsheets and pillowcases are available in your room. Guests are responsible for changing their own bedding. A hoover is available on request.

Guest access
The property is a self,contained annex with access to the studio through the porch offering guests comfort and privacy during their stay. There are three access points in total ,one main entrance, one private entrance for the studio, and another separate entrance for us.

The studio and bathroom are completely private for guests. The only shared area is the corridor, which we occasionally use to access our storage room. Apart from this shared corridor space, the annex is entirely separate and independent.

Other things to note
Conveniently located opposite a parade of shops just 300 yards away, you’ll find everything you need nearby including a coffee shop, Co-op, post office, restaurants, pharmacy, launderette, Domino’s Pizza, and a local pub.

Tesco Extra is only ¼ mile away, while Lidl, Starbucks, Greggs, Tim Hortons, and McDonald’s are all within half a mile.

The property also offers excellent transport links, with the M1 motorway just 1 mile away, making it easy to travel to nearby towns and cities.

Guest Amenities & Housekeeping

We provide toilet tissue, towels, napkins, hand wash, and body wash for your convenience. An iron, ironing board, and hoover are available on request.

Please note that a washing machine is not included; however, a launderette is conveniently located across the road. Long-stay guests may use our washing machine once per week by arrangement.

Guests are responsible for keeping their room and bathroom clean and tidy during their stay. If you would prefer professional cleaning, this can be arranged at an additional charge of £22 per hour.
