Get ready to relax and unwind in this resort-like oasis with major upgrades. Spend your day at the Rainbow River which is minutes from the home or relax and soak up the rays poolside in the screened-in lanai.

The kitchen is fully stocked (minus food) if you wish to prepare your own meals, there is a gas grill for outdoor meals or enjoy many of the restaurants around town. High-speed wifi is included as well as smart TVs in the gathering room, screened lanai, and all of the bedrooms. When the evening comes to an end you can retreat to the master bedroom oasis where a dual head shower awaits in the renovated modern bathroom. Climb into the cozy king-size poster bed with a brand new top of line12-inch gel cooling mattress and lightweight down comforter. Wake up completely refreshed and ready to take on the day or simply enjoy the peace by the pool.

The pool is comfortably heated to 84 degrees. This is complimentary and not included in the nightly rate. Therefore, we reserve the right to turn the heater off if the outside temps fall too low for it to heat properly. There is not a hot tub on property.

Multiple grocery stores and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. A list of favorite restaurants and day trips will be provided prior to your trip.

Things to do:

Rainbow River- kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, tubing, boating. Restaurants overlooking the water.

Crystal River- Swim with the manatees, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating.

Homosassa Springs- Monkey island which has 4-5 active monkeys. Many restaurants are on the water. Boating, kayaking, paddle boarding.

The World Equestrian Center is located 18 miles from the home and offers weekly events, dining and shopping. Family friendly.

Travel Insurance- Although not required, we highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to cancel for any reason. Whether the issue for needing to cancel is due to covid or any other illness or accident, bad weather, flight delays or cancellations any other reason you are unable to make the trip, travel insurance will be your refund opportunity. Please be sure to read our cancellation policy, which will not be modified or adjusted.

*Please be aware that this is Florida. If you don't want bugs, mosquitos, spiders, snakes, armadillos, lizards, iguanas, raccoons, palmetto bugs, deer and/or cockroaches in the house, please do not leave the door open. We do not give refunds for bug and/or animals found in or outside the property.
