"The stay was absolutely amazing and so unique, the property is so gorgeous and spacious for our group and so private with no one else nearby. "Every year a bunch of friends choose a spot in the Bahamas to go and spend 4-5 days and enjoy fishing, swimming and local hot spots. This years choice was perfect for us. We were able to keep our 62’ boat on site for the guys to take out daily for morning fishing. Ladies would hang back at the house and swim in pool or take golf carts (which I highly recommend your renting) and go to beach or local bar/restaurant. "Chatterbox is a beautiful well kept house. It's ideally and centrally located; everything is within walking distance. It's close to the beach, supermarket, wine and liquor stores, top restaurants, bakeries and local conch and fish shacks. Service was super and communication channels with the host was excellent. No question was too insignificant to answer. The house was clean and fully furnished with top of the line appliances and amenities. We will definitely be back!"

"Thank you, Thea, for hosting our stay. First of all, thank you for accommodating the additional person, without a hassle, after the fact we booked initially for four persons. Secondly the extended grace for late check out was much appreciated with having three kids and having someplace to stay until departure.The place was very clean, cozy, and private. "We came with our kids and grandkids and had the best 10 days! The location of the house to the beach was fantastic. The beach is a giant sandbar that you can walk forever and never find the end of.
