"The only two downsides were a lack of WiFi and cell service (only available in the main house) and no GPS. They do send you very detailed directions, but if you are wholly unfamiliar with the area, it can be a little unsettling to be on winding roads outside of civilization with no cell service. I admittedly panicked (we drove for 12 straight hours overnight), and our friend was on the verge of declaring us missing because he couldn't get in touch with us. "Check in was very easy. The cabin is beautiful and quite. We planned this trip for our grandaughter who recently graduated high-school. She enjoyed it very much ! Warm Springs Pools are just 8 minutes away. My Wife and granddaughter did the 50 min soak and both felt incredibly refreshed afterwards. There are nice restaurants near by and we drove up to the waterfall on 220 about 35 minutes away. There is lots of hiking but we don't hike. We just sat on the porch and the back deck and enjoyed...

"We greatly enjoyed the cabin and the area. It was perfect to disconnect. The pictures don’t do justice of the cabin and the area. We enjoyed star gazing, walking on the property mowed path, lunch at the Amish store and just enjoying the birds and wildlife. "

"Such a cute cabin, close to the road but feels like it's secluded in the woods. Went for a little Dad and daughters trip with my little dog and it was perfect for us. Cabin was very comfortable - had plenty of dishes to cook, beds were super comfortable, shower was nice and hot. The property is big and we were able to explore around the yard, have bonfires, and cook on the grill. Will definitely be coming back to stay next time I need a little getaway."

A few notes: we were short on the number of bath towels initially but found the extra bath towels in the dryer. "Everything was great"

"Exactly what we wanted - remote and with a good view of the night sky for stargazing. Directions were accurate and it was easy to get the keys and get in. Might want to come back sometime!"

"Nice clean cabin. Great location for riding the Greenbrier Trail…only a couple of minutes to the trail on bikes. Easy checkin/checkout. The snacks, water, and chilled beer mugs were a treat. Cute table and chairs on the porch for outdoor dining. Enjoyed sitting by the fire pit as well. Enjoyed our stay!"

We saw wildlife, hiked all over in the woods and were given fresh eggs and honey from the hosts. Frank and Micki are determined to make your stay comfortable and memorable.
