"My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is LARGE so there was plenty of room to spread out. The location is perfect if you are visiting Ball State and not too far away from the restaurants and stores. We came for graduation weekend and were happy to come back to a comfortable place after a long day of celebrating. The only problem we had was the internet would sometimes go out, but come back on about 5 minutes later. This did not seriously effect our stay though. Our...

"We loved this condo. It’s very cool looking, beautifully decorated. Everything felt upscale and well done. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. We loved the outside area. Only downside was actually finding the unit and the key lock box, but the host was easy to contact and talked us through it quickly. We would definitely stay here again. "

"A group of friends came in to see our friends daughter graduate. The house was in a great location, quiet street. Everything was very clean. Hot water and water pressure was exceptional!"

"Thoroughly enjoyed this rental property. We had a group of 6 adults and 4 children 4 and under. The house and property was well maintained. Ownership team was responsive and easy to work with. This was a great stay for those traveling close to Ball State University and Muncie. We will likely return for future reunions and definitely looking to the summer months for the great outdoor deck spaces."
