"Was a beautiful property nice beach although the stairs going down to it were dangerous they need to be rebuilt also bbq tanks were empty cost me 40 dollars to get a tank One of my friends stepped on a fastener going down steps it went through his shoe and into his foot overall it was a great stay"

"My cousins (female age 55-79) meet annually for a fun weekend together and this cottage was perfect! We had lots of room to spread out, there was even room for all ten of us to do yoga inthe living room! Overall it was VERY well equipped, clean, quiet and true to the AD description. May I suggest the basement sofa bed could be replaced. This cottage is EXCELLENT and we highly recommend. Thankyou George!"

"This was our second year staying at this cozy cottage, and it won't be our last! We love it. The owner is quick to answer, the the cottage description is spot on! It was spotless when we arrived. It's was chilly and rainy for our stay, but this cottage is well equipped for family fun in any weather. If a worry free cottage is what your looking for, look no further! We are already planning for next year and more memories!"

"This cottage and property was everything we hoped for and more. To start, it is the cutest little cottage with an amazing view of beautiful Lake Huron. The sunsets were stunning from the hottub. "A beautiful cottage that has been updated with a huge deck facing the lake and amazing sunsets. The owners surprised me by reaching out after we arrived to ensure we were happy with everything which was a nice touch. My dog loved playing ball in the yard and sitting on the deck enjoying the sun while we sat in the Muskoka chairs reading. The town was amazing too and only a few minutes away."

"My blended family and I stayed at the Birch Beach Lake House for three night at the end of September. It was the perfect location for 8 adults for a post wedding extended celebrations. The house was the perfect size, lots of space, the property was beautiful, and amenities suited our needs perfectly. The host was very responsive and knowledgeable. "The cottage is worth the price. The wide lake view is amazing. We were 4 families who spent 2 nights at this cottage. We enjoyed our stay and have no complaints, except that the bedding were not made when we arrived. Probably they were not changed since the previous guests left. We found some extra bedding in the closets but were not fresh. Except this part all our stay was pleasant."

"My partner and I visited the Newgate Estate for our anniversary, and it was a time we will never forget! The house was perfect. It was spacious, clean, and in a perfect location to walk to the town centre or head over to the beach. We were on the hunt for a pet-friendly rental to bring our dog, and this was the ideal house to have him tag along! "We checked in pretty late due to traffic. But we had Wayne come out and give us the run down on the place. He didn't leave anything out. The communication with the host was unmatched. Super friendly and amazing the whole stay. If we needed anything they were there right away. The even brought out toys for our daughter to play with. Would definitely stay here again.
