The original part of cottage is charming with it's 1950's original features. The new part is ALL windows to take advantage of the lake front view. It's comfortable and has plenty of room with 1550 sq ft. The Owner's suite is spacious and has it's own balcony and 1/2 bath!

** Hammondsport 12 min drive, Watkins Glen is 15 min drive and Penn Yan is 20 mins. It's so worth it for it shops and restaurants. The Glen is one of the most gorgeous hikes you can make in the country. Hammondsport is quaint and sweet and you'll love visiting the shops and restaurants!
** Lots of wineries are within 10-15 drive and you will be smack dab in between Seneca and Keuka lakes.
