"Serviço péssimo ou inexistente. Mesmo tendo insistido repetidas vezes não arrumavam o quarto, nunca fizeram a cama, não trocavam as toalhas. Café da manhã ruim. Além disso o Wi-Fi tinha sinal fraco e intermitente e nada fizeram para consertar. Uma pena pois o local é muito charmoso mas não dá para se hospedar lá "

"Overall, our stay was okay. The hotel is new and well-maintained, which made a good first impression. The room had a nice amount of space, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept well. However, there was an issue with the hot water one morning. We waited for almost an hour, but unfortunately, the problem wasn't resolved in time, and we had to take cold showers. That was a disappointing start to the day. Aside from that, everything else met expectations."

Navigating the building was slightly confusing because they were undergoing renovations (I stayed in July 2025), but I was glad to see that they care to make improvements to their building. I booked a deluxe room with 1 queen bed. My room was clean, spacious, and I had no issues with the wi-fi.
