"I made the reservation late and arrived at 9:40pm. The manager helped me to check in immediately and was very pleasant, I was very surprised to open the door to such a beautifully renovated room. The mattress was comfortable and a great sleep was a bonus, waking to a nice view and best breakfast experience that I've ever had. "

I was not asking for a refund — only minimal flexibility. Instead, they hid behind policy and demanded consent letters, credit card ID, and even a doctor's note while I was sitting in a hospital dealing with an emergency. "I couldn’t recommend this B&B enough if you want a peaceful, very comfortable accommodation. The B&B was gorgeous, the bedroom & en-suite were wonderful and the hand made breakfast made by the host Juliette was so delicious. The location is such that you need a car but I think if you are travelling around the beautiful island of Vancouver you would have one anyway."

"The home was lovely, the on site manager was very nice. The reason for 2 stars, was due to a hard bed and last min discovery of a Wi Fi router right behind the bed, right by our heads. It was covered up by the closed curtain, so for 3 days we couldn't see it and didn't know it was their, till we were packing up and i pull the curtain back and their it was, inchs from my brain the whole time i slept for 3 nights, 😳. "Room was perfect for our needs, nice and quiet, and super blackout curtains! The only suggestion is the rooms need better wall plugs or heavier duty power bars. It was hard to find an outlet to plug in the kettle or cell phone. The supplied charger unit doesn’t fit all phones🙂 We’ll definitely stay here again. Thanks"
