"Great location, cabin was very clean and fairly spacious. There's no ac but having windows open and using block fans made it work well. There were tons of bugs around, but that's to be expected. Would definitely come back!"

"We booked Cabin 2 for a weekend hunting trip and really enjoyed our experience. The staff was very accommodating when we needed to change our booking, and again when the weather caused us to check-in after regular hours. The resort is pet friendly, but our cabin was very clean and we couldn't tell if there had ever been a dog in there. The cabins feel like like actual cabins, not just impersonal sleeping rooms. We had a great time, and we're looking forward to booking again next year."

"Enjoyed a nice leisurely week by the lake. Conveniently located near Concordia Language Village. Well stocked with towels, basic kitchen amenities. "Coming from the Twin Cities, this was a very pleasant four hour drive north into a wonderfully secluded lakeside cabin resort. While we didn't fish (it seems perfect for it), we did enjoy our time fixing a few slow meals in the cabin, getting out on the lake, watching the stars at night, and checking out a few nearby spots, like the county fair (that just happened to be perfectly timed with our trip) and bars/restaurants. Really beautiful land up by Northome, and recommend the stay for the area!"

"We stayed here for a week with 4 adults and three kids 6-12. There was so much for the kids to do. Take games, board games, a toy room, fishing, trampoline, TVs in each room. We enjoyed the front porch which we spent lots of time eating our dinners and watching the lake. The campfire pit is close to the house so we had one every night. The house is loaded with extra stuff so you literally don’t need to bring anything extra but food and clothes. There was plenty of sleeping space as well with...

"The home is comfortable, clean, and quaint and perfectly nestled in the Minnesota woods on the lake. We caught many fish right off the dock and enjoyed bonfires with the family late into the summer evening. The porch is the perfect place to relax with a coffee in the morning. The home is updated and well-equipped with furniture, bedding, kitchen supplies, towels, air mattresses, etc. Check-in and out were seamless. Fabulous hosts! Would love to stay again!!!"

"Great place to stay. Nice and quiet area. There was an issue with the water softener but was addressed quickly. Owner was very respondent. Beautiful place! We rented a boat from a near by resort, Lost Acres Resort. They were absolutely great. Along with Norway Beach Resort. We rented a boat from both places! We will definitely stay again! "
