*First I will say I am never one to complain. I am very easy to please, but I have to leave a comment about this stay*
The one positive thing I can say about our stay was the staff member that checked us in was very pleasant and sweet.
The rest of our stay was horrible. The room was in the middle of two hallways and was very noisy.
When we booked we were not made aware of the hot tub not being in use.
There was absolutely zero hot water or even remotely luke warm water for ONE shower for my friends and I. It was a cold and rainy weekend and all we wanted was a warm shower. Unacceptable when you have somewhere to be.
We brought this up to the manager upon checking out and never received a follow up call, had to call back a second time and they said they couldnāt do anything about it because we booked with Expedia. Expedia reached out to them and they said they were not willing to give us any sort of refund or discount on a future stay. POOR customer service in my opinion.
I had my wedding block here 3 years ago, and have stayed at this hotel more times than I can count. They must have had a change in management because I have never experience this. They have lost my trust in them and business.
