When I checked in they said I didn’t pay and I had to wait at reception to figure it out. I showed them proof of purchase, confirmation even my PayPal statement and they said I hadn’t paid before finally realizing it was a problem on their end. They also acted very unprofessional. When I got my keycard it didn’t work to unlock the door so I had to go back down and get that fixed. My room, despite it being a “nonsmoking” room smelled like cigarettes. Worst of all, there has been on and off full volume yelling from two different rooms in the motel. Loud enough that I have been woken by it and I haven’t even reached midnight yet. I have not even bothered calling reception because clearly they are not prepared to deal with the situation. Had they, the yelling would have stopped several hours ago when it began.

I liked the easy and comfortable service anytime it's needed. I liked the privacy and security I felt every time I walked through the doors. I also loved how pet friendly it is. Wish I could stay more often.

First off, check in was quick. You need to provide a license for each room even if you’re the one who booked, it was new policy, which is fine. But the entrance smelled like strong cigarettes. Asked if all entrances worked and was told only doors with cameras worked, which is fine, however many doors did not work even though they had cameras. Was inconvenient having to go to a far door just to get in. Was told no smoking however the whole floor and all three rooms we booked smelled like marijuana. Couldn’t even air out the rooms since we couldn’t open the windows. Rooms were clean otherwise. The shower made loud squealing noises for all the rooms and the draining was terrible. There were strange yelling and scary noises throughout the night. You really get what you pay for in these rooms although for how little it cost less than other hotels, you don’t get much from here. But the staff was great. It was probably the only plus about this place besides it being convenient to get to other places. Unfortunately would not book here again unless changes are made.

Located next to busy freeway. Traffic noise all night. Room did not have refrigerator, microwave or coffee maker. Burn marks on bathtub. Asian beetles in room. Hallway inside of entry door had trash and debris that blows around whenever outside door is opened.

The day I was to check out they were very pushy for me to check out check out is at 11:00 the house keeper showed up at 6:00 and just walked In than again at 8:00 trying to force me to check out early very upset I travel for work and only get one day off so it would have been nice to sleep In

We were near the Laundry so a bit noisy in the evenings but otherwise its next door to the best breakfast in town... Duluth Grill.

Nothing spectacular just your basic room. No microwave no fridge. Beds were comfortable. Bathtub wasnt really cleaned thoroughly otherwise the room was clean.

Everything was fine. The desk clerk was extremely helpful. Food and other services were within easy walking distance. The room was clean, and reasonably quiet. I found this motel to be a very good value.

The two ladies that took me and were very kind. And when I had a close panic attack thinking I lost my card the gala was very kind and replacing it and make sure I was actually okay.

This motel is a nice budget option that’s in a great location. We only stayed here one night but it was perfect for just the night. The room was clean, spacious and has the basic features. The only thing missing was a coffee maker. There’s coffee by the office but none in the room. The room does have a mini refrigerator with a large separate freezer. The walls are a little thin but thankfully other people were quiet enough to sleep. The location is near some amazing restaurants and brew pubs that are walkable.

The motel itself was great. Clean. Great location. Free pet policy was a huge perk. Unfortunately the budget motels draw a different clientele which we sadly experienced-extremely disruptive neighbors for our entire stay. Didn’t sleep at all. We were afraid to say anything though because it appeared that many people were living at the motel- possibly including staff members so we didn’t feel safe saying anything. We won’t be back.

Clean, quiet basic stay
I appreciated the updated hardwood flooring in the room. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were quite clean. Room stayed cozy warm despite low single digit exterior temperatures. Duluth Grill is next door with really great food.
