"Part of the reason we stayed here was the indoor pool. The pool was frigid, and we asked if they could turn the heat up. It never got any warmer during our stay. The front desk was responsive to our other needs. The key card for the parking garage didn't work the best but it is in a convenient location to the hotel. Lots to do around the area if you like walking around. "

The hotel is overpriced for what it offers; there is no safe box in the rooms, very poor breakfast, no daily cleaning, no room service, and has a paid self parking lot with no security. "Great room, great location, nice staff"

"The breakfast was good. The room was great! The location met our needs. There was still snow on the ground and we were able to walk to restaurants and Covington's Main Street."

"Clean comfortable rooms. Valet parking is pretty much the only way to park here bug they don’t let you know that it costs $40 a day. Just ends up on your bill. That being said the valets were excellent."

"Great central location, however the doors into the rooms are extra heavy, so when people are entering or leaving at 4 am, you’ll be guaranteed to hear them! The Ned was very inviting but the pillows were too high and I left with a stiff neck. Hotel staff were very inviting and helpful. With a little corrections, this hotel wild be on my list of faves! "

"The Soda Pop room was adorable. I traveled alone for nursing clinicals and felt safe staying there. Great for Solo travel along with traveling with a family. Would stay there again if I’m ever in the area."
