The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. "When you stay at a boutique hotel there are different expectations a guest must have. The Symphony Hotel offers a comfortable bed, but a close living space. The room is furnished in an antique motif, with a mini-fridge, a Firestick TV, and that's nice but you really can't move freely in a room that compact (one chair, no desk).
