"The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly. There is a bar and restaurant on site and an outdoor deck/patio. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. Water bottles and snacks were in our room, which was a nice surprise. It is in a great location and the close parking garage was a perk! We had some small issues with our door lock, the ceiling fan, and soap dispenser being empty. Overall, we had a nice stay."

The hotel is overpriced for what it offers; there is no safe box in the rooms, very poor breakfast, no daily cleaning, no room service, and has a paid self parking lot with no security. "Nice hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. There was only 1 elevator working; so longer wait times. Roof top bar was very nice. Loved the atmosphere and views, but service was very slow."

"We were directed to valet park when arriving this was not mentioned when booking the hotel room only that parking was available not that it was valet only. Anyway, a very expensive pair of sunglasses were stolen from our car. We have reached out to the hotel but at this point it does not seem to be encouraging that they are going to do anything about it which is extremely disappointing seeing how it was over 300.00 for a 1-night stay."

"The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...
