"Didn’t get to stay because flight was canceled and Expedia didn’t offer to refund cost of hotel even though trip was canceled through no fault of my own."

"The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

Someone one we know got a room immediately after they got a room that had not been cleaned. So there was available cleaned rooms, but the staff made us wait. "This property is in a dodgy part of town. The front doors are locked and a few is required for entry 24/7. This is not an inviting proposition. The room was nice and the breakfast ok but there was nothing that made this property stand out amongst the huge variety of competitors in this accommodation level. We are not likely to stay at this property again and the overall experience makes us more than likely to choose a competitor before Comfort Suites"
