Small house and its garden in the center of the village of Duingt 200 meters from the lake

Located in the charming medieval village of Duingt, near the lake and the cycle path, and just 20 minutes by car from Annecy, La Petite Maison can accommodate up to 4 people, with 2 bedrooms. Its adjoining garden allows you to enjoy outdoor meals and naps in the shade of wisteria.

The Little House is organized on 2 floors: Ground floor with living room, living room and equipped kitchen, on the 1st floor, 1 bedroom with double bed, a shower room and separate WC, on the 2nd floor, 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds.

Please note: the staircase is not suitable for unaccompanied children under 8 years of age.

The garden is closed and you have the garden furniture, 2 sun loungers and the charcoal barbecue. You have a room to store your bikes.

Ample free parking is available 300 meters from the house. The center of Duingt being pedestrian, you can park in front of the house on the day of your arrival and departure.

The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster and a microwave.

One of the bedrooms has a double bed (140x190cm) and the other has 2 single beds (90x190cm).

The bike path and the pier are only 200 meters away, allowing you to go around the lake by your favorite way!

Beach at 200m, bakery, convenience store and restaurants in the village at 100m and supermarkets and pharmacy at 2km

End of stay cleaning is included.
Linen is not provided but possibility to rent it (tea towels, sheets and towels) for 15 € per person.
Reservation from Saturday to Saturday only during the summer!
