The bike path from Annecy to Ugine crosses the village and allows to connect the villages along the lake by bike very easily. The rental is 200 m "Duingt beach", 4 km from the Golf Resort "Golf de Giez", 9 km from the city of Annecy", 5 km from the super market "Super U or Carrefour Market (Saint-Jorioz)", 58 km from the airport "Aéroport de Genève Cointrin", 9 km from the train station "Gare TGV d'Annecy", 18 km from the ski slope "Le Semnoz" and it is located in an ideal area for families and stays with friends. The mandatory extras in addition to the rate/night are:

- cleaning (price per property) is automatically included in the reservation

- Bed linen and towels (NOT INCLUDED): 16.90euros/person, to be paid before your arrival.



We want you to take full advantage of your holiday, for this between each traveler the cleaning and the beds are done.



Cleaning and linen rental are two mandatory extras:



The household includes:



- Cleaning floors, surfaces and windows;

- cleaning of the bathroom and toilet

- disinfection of the dwelling



The household does not include:



- cleaning, drying and storage of dishes

- storage of furniture and equipment for housing

- removal of foodstuffs from the refrigerator



Beds are made before your arrival and 2 towels are available per person.
