  • Esta confortável villa de férias possui uma piscina aquecida privativa com hidromassagem, hidromassagem e academia, localizada no lugar de Orij, perto de Split. A propriedade é completamente cercada e localizada na colina em um bairro residencial tranquilo, sem vizinhos nas proximidades, o que a torna a casa perfeita para umas férias relaxantes.
    Em frente à vila é o estacionamento privado para 5 carros e uma pequena casa com comodidades adicionais para crianças.

    É composto por dois andares, conectados a uma escada interna.
    No térreo, há 3 quartos, 3 banheiros, cozinha com área de jantar para 12 pessoas e uma sala menor com acesso ao terraço de onde você pode alcançar a piscina e a área do sol.
    No piso superior estão 3 quartos, 1 banheiro, 1 lavabo, cozinha bem equipada com área de jantar e espaçosa sala de estar com acesso a um terraço.

    A propriedade possui uma piscina privativa com hidromassagem e um chuveiro externo no térreo, no quintal, com uma bela vista do mar. Um ótimo lugar para um churrasco e socialização com sua família e amigos é fornecido na área de churrasqueira externa no térreo, que oferece uma área de estar para 10 a 12 pessoas.

    Esta propriedade é adequada para hóspedes que procuram uma pausa tranquila e relaxante no estilo de vida rápido do dia-a-dia, mas ao mesmo tempo se encaixa aos hóspedes que desejam desfrutar de um passeio pela cidade, compras ou vida noturna na cidade e arredores, porque todas essas instalações são facilmente e rapidamente acessível.

The villa is in a good location off the main road but up a hill due to the steep nature of the back drop cliffs. The hosts are delightful and very helpful. They arranged a wonderful day out via a traditional boat trip to Brac and included a delicious lunch catering meat, fish and vegetarian options plus wine. They could not have been more helpful with providing ideas for tours and places to eat. The restaurant nearest the villa on the sea front offered a very good menu too. The staff were very friendly. Omis and Split provided two very good day trips too. Plenty of traditional restaurants in the old town of Omis which is only a 5 minute drive away with ample parking.

Holiday in Croatia

We had a wonderful trip in Dugi rat villa Petrina. Everything was as promised and the local beach was walking distance and beautiful.

Enjoyable stay

This villa is lovely, very clean, well equipped and spacious. Our only issue was the steepness of the hill, and that was because we had grandma with us! I would definitely recommend it for a large family group.

A few things should have been said up front that could impact your decision. - There is a cat of the owners who walks around. They say it’s an outside cat but it came inside twice. We had someone allergic to cats. The owners would not remove it. It followed us around whenever we had food. She’s very cute if you like cats. She jumps on your lap. Has very sharp nails.- the road to their house is extremely steep. We even had to practice with the car before we were comfortable going up it. For many people you can forget walking to the beach or restaurants up such a steep hill. And we are a fit family. It’s way too hot for that. - we have stayed in many nice homes. Also after this one a week later. Not wanting to complain but I usually see better. Things like cookware was very old. There was no good bread knife. Had to cut bread every morning with regular knife. Why not supply good kitchen things ? - there is no shower upstairs. While there are 3 bedrooms ! You share one toilet and one bath. And the stairs to the upstairs are from the outside. - there are two kitchens. One upstairs and one downstairs. Upstairs is larger. So when cooking there we had to walk quite inconveniently to get to the downstairs kitchen and bring stuff up. - they will not let you drop your luggage before 4 pm. I have never experienced that before. We couldn’t even sit at the pool until cleaning house was done. - checkout at 9! The Aircos work great. The view is beautiful. The pool is very nice.

Fijne vakantiewoning met enorm veel.faciliteiten. Aardige eigenaren en een top locatie. Een eigen paradijsje nabij het strand. Wel een wat steile weg naar de vakantie woning....

Fantastisk hus med nydelig utsikt

Vi var der sammen med våre tre barn, svigerbarn og fire barnebarn. Huset var romslig og dekket behovet til fire familier. Fantastisk uteområde, ikke minst bassenget som var veldig populært. Huset ligger i enden av en vei, veldig usjenert, men veien opp til huset var ganske bratt. Kort vei til baker, butikk og stranda. Vi forstod det slik at de skulle skifte håndklær midt i uka, men det skjedde ikke. Kanskje vi misforstod. Alt i alt et fantastisk opphold. Alle var storlig fornøyd.

Extremely nice house and hosts!

We have rented several houses before but this was probably the best in many regards. Best accuracy against pictures and descriptions. Extremely friendly and supportive hosts. Clean and very well maintained. The house is in very good condition and well planned. I would recommend this object to all.

Exceptional house near coast

Vacation house description is precise, you will stay at beautiful house near coast with all facilities making your holiday very comfortable (swimming pool, jacuzzy, jumping area). The way from beach to the house is quite steep, but it will pay off in privacy and astonishing views. Hospitality of Petrina family was also top (they grilled fish for us).

We had an awesome week in this nice Vila, the hosts were always helpful with nice information about what to down in town, they even sorted out an awesome grilling for the whole group. Staying here was just great!

Nice house for 2 families

Villa Petrina is a great place for two families. As the topmost house on the hill, it provides privacy and a nice few across the sea. It is in very good condition and provides everything one could expect - pool, spa, even a small gym. Even better than the house itself are Tatjana and Mario, the owners. The are very friendly and extremely helpful. When one of our group became sick, they went above and beyond and found a great doctor for us in Split (and even called to announce our visit). Simply put: should we come back to the area for another vacation, we will definitely book the place again.

Vi hade en jätteskön semester i detta underbara hus. Nära till stranden och affär. Det var bara en jobbig brant backe upp till huset som vad det enda negativa men annars kanon. Mario och Tatijana var jättebra och hjälpsamma. Hit åker jag gärna igen Mvh Ann-charlotte med familj

House on the hill with beautiful pool.

The house is beautifull, pool as well. All is very clean. Kids loved the Jakuzzi. House is on steep hill, so you need a car or good fitness to get there especially with bags of food. Managers are very strict in respect of check-in and check-out. Don`t expect that you can stay anywhere near to the house even half an hour after check-out.

Family Holiday Sept 2019

The villa is great, accommodated 12 adults (2 families). Split in to two apartments with space to spend time together as well as your own family space. Really well equipped, lots of space and stunning views across the bay. Great swimming pool as well as a hot tub! (Cleaned every day!) Gym to use as well. Great location, beach is a 10min walk and you can find beach bars, supermarket, restaurants all within walking distance. Dugi Rat is a lovely small town with a shingle beach, well placed as a departure point for the essential boat day trips. A trip in to Omis is a short ride on the bus, very nice old town, and Split is only 45 min on the bus. The approach to the villa is up a small steep lane, not for the faint hearted but keeps you fit! I would recommend car hire if you are less able. Very good contact with Mario the owner, answered all of our queries before our arrival. Loved our time at Villa Petrina and Dugi Rat.....would highly recommend.

Nära stranden och fint hus

Vi var 2 familjer, 11 st som hyrde Villa Petrini i augusti. Huset var jättefint, vi nyttjade ute miljön mest och njöt av poolen. Husets utsikt var magisk både på dagen och kvällen. Det låg i ett mysigt område, avskilt men ändå bara 4 min från den fina stranden, 5 min till 3 små matbutiker. Och 5 min till busshållplatsen. Tatjana och Mario var hjälpsamma om man hade några funderingar och hjälpte till att boka aktiviteter. Det var också enkelt att ta lokal bussen om man ville besöka tex Omis en kväll. Kan varmt rekommendera er att hyra huset. /Anna

Family holiday

Fab house with great views of the bay. Excellent area for families and great value for money for eating out in the area. Hill to house was steep for walking but great exercise for the calves!! Would recommend.

Spring 2019

We were a group of eleven people celebrating a late birthday. The house was comfortable and the only trouble we had in our event was that all the beds were double beds, we would have needed a few picks apart and the big fridge was upstairs because the dining out on the terrace downstairs was hard to carry, but yes it went on holiday! You could tell more about the steep hill because the bad feet can't walk to the house, for example, from the beach or the shop. Nevertheless, I recommend the item to everyone. I could go again! Perfect for our family vacation

We had a lovely week in Dugi Rat and found the house very suitable for our party of twelve, comfortable and lots of space. Very nice surrounding, privacy but yet close to beach and stores. The way up to the house was steep so you had to be a good driver. However, we were very pleased with our stay and would love to come back again.

Perfection!

Marijo and Tatjana are very friendly and pleasant, we loved visiting with them. The house was better than we expected. It sits high enough to give great views of the sea, it's private and quiet yet close to markets, restaurants and the beach. The kitchens are well stocked with pots and pans, crockery, utensils and appliances. We cooked on the outdoor grill every night. We had hours of fun in the beautiful pool. This house is a great place to relax yet close to many things to do. We didn't want to leave! Highly recommend Marijo and Tatjana's home!
