"The property is a duplex. This property was fine last year but we tried to rent the other side of the duplex this year and had to cancel after arriving because one of the 2 bedrooms had the entire floor removed. There was a pile of moldy rotten wood and trash bags next to the front door upon arrival and active construction in one of the bedrooms. The worker stated that there was a mold problem with the sinking floor and that they were removing the entire floor. There was a sign on the door to...

"I did not stay at this property as I was unable to gain access and the exterior was like entering the set of a Halloween movie. I am requesting a full refund. It was no where near as it was presented. Total misrepresentation and I have pictures. I did not stay and paid another 300 elsewhere Had guests from Canada and was totally embarrassed that they would think I would ask them to stay in such a disgusting place. You should check your properties before presenting them"

"We spent three wonderful days at this Modern House in the Sequoia National Forest, and it absolutely deserves five stars. The home was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked, which made cooking easy and enjoyable.We were traveling with our adult children, and everyone had their own favorite part of the stay. "The place was a little hard to find as we didn't see the street sign name. The place was as pictured in the review. Glad parking was right in front. We couldn't connect the wifi and one of the the rooms it fekt like the floor would fall through. Glad to have had plenty of cookware to use. It was also close to plenty of food stores. I would stay again if I was in Porterville. "
