"The hotel is conveniently located 30 minutes away from Sleeping Bear Dunes, 40 minutes away from Traverse City, and only 10 minutes away from Frankfort if you're looking for good restaurants. The room was clean, the king size bed was super comfortable, and the shower is nice and hot. There is also a private beach right behind the hotel. It is a family-run business so don't expect the front desk to be available 24/7 for check-ins and services, but we checked in around 10pm and it was a very quick...

"Loved the property. Our room was super cute. Bed was comfy. Only thing we didnt like was there was no desk staff. Thank god the cleaning ladies were there. They had just finished the room we were staying in. We had a wedding to go to so we needed to check in change and leave. Luckily they were able to tell me what room we were in and the code to get in. "This property is absolutely gorgeous and the apartment is charming, comfortable and very clean. The private front porch is dreamy. Lake Ann is a cute little village with a coffee shop, brewery and restaurant a short walk away. It was the perfect location for a trip up to Traverse City one day and Sleeping Bear Dunes another day.
