We stayed across the street from the ocean but it was a very easy walk to get over on the beach….maybe 2-3 minutes max. There are also several shops and restaurants within walking distance. "We checked in Friday afternoon. The process was very smooth and aligned with the instructions we received. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances that we utilized all week. We cooked every meal as the kitchen was great for my bride l niece who is going into her second year of culinary in high school. The bedrooms and bathroom are exactly as pictured. The kids loved the pool table and other games. The view and access to the beach was chef's kiss. "
