"The property is in a great location close to the beach. The overall property i would describe as tried and needs some work. The bathroom door would not close and the bathroom light would go off and on by itself. The pool had tiles missing on the sides and the bottom had many locations where the surface was peeling and missing paint. "It was great! Exactly as pictured! Also, I loved the color and look of the building! I was surprised it had an elevator, because I did not expect that, but that was very useful. There is covered parking too. The condo was beautiful, very dog-friendly, close to the beach...the pool was nice! Hosts were conscientious and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and easy! I really hope to come back - I already recommended this place to several people! Thanks."

"This was our 2nd stay at Marcy's condo. It is in a perfect location; the condo is fully loaded with anything you could possibly need for a stay. We stayed in Oct and now April. Weather was just fine. Everything in the condo always works properly. It is neat and clean and the sure way to tell if you've enjoyed your stay is the desire to return again, and again. "The condo was perfect! Beautiful beach and ocean views along with comfy living and bed space. Nice tvs in living room and bedroom, ample room for a couple. Quiet evenings with the perfect beach access for evening walks as well as going out during the day. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Parking was great and condo is located so nice to go eat or shop easily."
