  • Villa Burić is located in Zaton, a quiet little place in suburbs of Dubrovnik with beautiful beaches, picturesque cafes and restaurants, just 25 minutes ride to Dubrovnik's Old Town.

    This location is perfect for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy.

    This spacious Villa features comes with a large furnished terrace, sun terrace fitted with sunbeds and parasols, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, BBQ facilities, table tennis and darts, just perfect for a relaxing family and friends vacation.

    Luggage storage is possible before the check in time.

    One pet per stay is allowed, upon request.

    Pool is open from 15/5 to 15/10

    The accommodation facility itself includes five bedrooms, three private bathrooms, living room with sofa, air conditioning, sitting area, SAT LCD TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area.

    The living room which is combined with the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, one twin room as well as one bathroom fitted with shower are situated on the ground floor while the other four double rooms and additional two bathrooms (one fitted with bathtub and the other with shower) are situated on the first floor. Three of the five bedrooms have a furnished balcony.
    This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.

    Free WiFi, private parking on side, baby cot, iron, ironing facilities and laundry service are available to the guests.

    Old Town of Dubrovnik is 19 kilometers away, just 25 minutes ride.
    The nearest restaurant can be reached in 3 min, while the closet beach is approx. 900 m away form the property.

    Dubrovnik is 14 km from the accommodation, while Cavtat is 31 km away. The nearest airport is Dubrovnik Airport, 31 km from Villa Anka.
    The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Our big family with two adults and five teeagers rented the house for 10 days. We had a great stay. The owner is very nice ang came by regurarly to make sure the pool was kept very clean and to water the plants. I like being up early so I made sure his belowed orange tree had enough water. Nice and reasonable priced restaurant in Zaton, just 10 min walking distance. Also nive restaurant few meters away. Recomend renting a boat in Zaton and explore beaches by boat. It is about the same price as going to a restaurant in Old city Dubrovnic, at least with my big family.
