The space
This cozy and elegant guest house is situated in the main central square of Dubrovnik Old Town facing the St. Blaise Church and the clock tower. This authentic medieval stone house has been renovated in 2015.
Galleries, museums,restaurants, bars, shops, banks, pharmacy and even the beach are all nearby....
The location of the house is absolutely unique, the most prestigious one.
You have the privilege of watching performances and concerts from the windows :)
The studio is fully equipped. On the kitchenette shelf there is always some coffee and tea.
Also in the bathroom you will find a selection of soaps, shampoos and conditioners.

FLAT PATH TO FRONT DOOR!!!
Dubrovnik is the city of steps. Note that the property is located on the low street level i.e. without external stairs to the access which is very rare in the Old Town.
The guest house is located in the central square of the Old Town.

The closest gate of the Old Town is East Gate or Ploče Gate,
but West Gate so called Pile is also very close.
I suggest you to avoid the access from Buža entrance especially if you have luggage; there are plenty of steep stairs to get down the square! Not recommended!!!
