The Luxury residence of the Queen of Dubrovnik overlooks the crystal blue sea, island Lokrum, and historic Old City. The residence is surrounded by cypress trees and if you are looking for the perfect vacation you have chosen the right one. The superb and magnificent historic house (Built-in 1938 ) is one on the list of preventively protected monuments as a house of exceptional architectural value between the Two World Wars.
    The Mediterranean Pearl, as we call Dubrovnik is one of the most beautiful cities on the Adriatic Coast and is a unique example of cultural heritage and beauty. The city of Dubrovnik is surrounded by 1.940 m long stone walls where you can enjoy beautiful sightseeing from the city roofs, squares, and the nearby islands and islets. A tour of the world's second most frequented open-air museum will definitely take your breath away.
    The magnificent views will inspire you to take some photos, and the sights that you will capture will continue to amaze you over and over again. You can visit numerous Museums of Dubrovnik, and enjoy tasting the delicious Mediterranean specialties at the taverns and restaurants of the Old City. All interior design of the Luxury Residence Queen of Dubrovnik is decorated by famous international and Croatian designers ( Charles&Ray Eames, Eero Saarinen, Jean Prouve`, Eileen Gray, Foruse, Konstantin Grčić, Hee Welling, Otto Blumel, Maarten Van Severen, Grupa Numen/For Use, etc.) The artistic paintings in Villa are works by artist Nikolina Šimunović.
    The Residence consists of 5 designed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and can accommodate 10+2 people. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a tavern where you can enjoy traditional delicious, a family toilet, and one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. In front of the Residence, you will find a swimming pool with sundeck and lounge chairs, a private garden, a jacuzzi, and outdoor furniture where you can relax drinking your first-morning coffee or reading the latest news.
    Villa offers daily towel change, cleaning&housekeeping, concierge service, and villa manager.
    There is also a garage for guests in front of the house.

Unique in many ways

We spent a wonderful week in the unique residence queen of Dubrovnik. It has a spirit of the past and brings everything you need in modern life. Very tastefully furnished with designer furniture all over the house. Villa manager Ivan provided us with top class service!

We loved our stay here!

The home is superbly maintained and tastefully decorated. The pool and jacuzzi were great and super clean. We were 4 couples and the villa fitted us perfectly. We had our own private space and a lot of spaces for hanging out together. The villa is walking distance to the center of the old town which was really great.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. It is a very special house with a special charm. We felt like in a fairy tale. The service was excellent. We even received a free laundry service. Dubrovnik's old town is beautiful and striking. Very recommendable to visit.

Luxury villa with stunning views

Heaven! This hidden gem is just perfect! Everything you could ever want for. The location of the villa this great and within walking distance to the old city. The villa is huge, clean, cozy and the pool and jacuzzi just make it perfect. The host was also very helpful.

Exceeded expectations

When I first booked this property, I cringed slightly because it was a bit over our intended budget. However, it was worth every penny. The home is beautiful and kept very clean by their daily maid service. The accommodations were perfect for us. Our party was two couples plus our 22-year-old son and 17 year old daughter. We chose the master suite which is a large living area, dining area, bedroom and bath with tons of closet and storage space all closed off by a door for privacy. Our friends took the first ensuite bedroom on the next floor up which has a lovely terrace overlooking the sea. Our daughter took the ensuite bedroom on the same level. Our son took the very cool attic room that you access through spiral stairs that also has an ensuite bathroom. With such a mixed crowd, it worked out perfectly that everyone had their own private space. The air conditioning units in each room worked very well. Unfortunately, it was so hot that no one utilized the sauna, the deep claw foot tub or the hot tub outside. The poo was well used and a welcome amenity after hot days of sightseeing.

Dream villa, unforgettable experience

It's been three weeks since we are back and we are still talking about this villa! We all love so much this beautiful villa and the staff was great too. The views were stunning across most rooms and you are a couple of minutes on foot from the heart of Old Town Dubrovnik. The villa is stylish and chic, traditional architecture with modern and luxe amenities and the most comfortable beds we ever slept comparing to many holiday homes we stayed in over the years.

Alles war perfekt!

Wir hatten den tollsten Urlaub hier! Konnte keinen perfekteren Platz für 5 Paare finden. Das Haus ist fabelhaft! Der Pool und die Aussicht ist spektakulär. Die Lage in der Altstadt war ideal. 10 Minuten zu Fuß und Sie sind im Mittelpunkt von alles. Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend. Ich kann diese villa wärmstens empfehlen! 5 Sterne!

Fantastic villa!

We were 12 people group and this villa is plenty large enough for us all with the most beautiful view of the old town, ocean and Lokrum island. It was cleaned daily and we received a welcome basket upon arrival, it was a nice touch. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for upscale accommodation in Dubrovnik.

Spectacular!

This beautiful villa is perfectly well located, with spectacular views. It has everything anyone could possibly need for an amazing holiday The staff is great and the view is magical! The hot tub was an amazing addition we used almost every other day. I highly recommend this amazing villa! The service we experienced was top notch! Thank you!

Impressive property!

We spent a great time in Dubrovnik and the villa is simply amazing. Everything you see or touch is high-end and the views from the terrace are jaw-dropping! The villa is within walking distance to the old town, approx 5 minutes, but if you are wearing high heels you just take a taxi or uber.

Fabulous villa in the magical town of Dubrovnik

Fabulous villa with a great location, world-class service received from our host Ivan. Dubrovnik old town is simply amazing. With the help of our agent, we hired a local guide who was amazing and so passionate about his hometown. The stories we listened to from him and the places he took us to visit made us fall in love with this town and its history. We will definitely be coming back to Dubrovnik and to our residence!

The best place I have ever stayed

This house was absolutely incredible. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Dubrovnik. The view is absolutely stunning with the infinity pool overlooking old town Dubrovnik. The hosts were super nice and allowed us to drop off our bags early before we checked in so that we could explore the city walls. It was a great experience with two very great hosts. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing!

We loved this villa, it's absolutely fab - amazing place, modern, loads of space and very luxurious and clean. There were 8 of us on the trip and it still felt huge! The view was spectacular - just perfect sitting in the pool or hot tub gazing out! Great location too - only a short walk to the old town and great view all the way along the path!

Luxurious villa at the top locaton

Our stay at Villa Queen of Dubrovnik absolutely exceeded our high expectations. The views alone are worth it, not to mention the comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, professional style kitchen, jacuzzi and pool. We really used the pool and terrace quite a bit. The walk to The Old City was easy. Also, we used Uber without difficulty for our traveler with a broken ankle. There were stairs going into the Villa, but she was able to get in without problem since there were handrails. The air conditioning worked well. The host was excellent and provided the highest level of communication. He would answer our questions within moments. The agency helped us with transports from the airport and the host with a restaurant out of town. They also arranged for groceries to be in the Villa already when we arrived. The villa has a wine refrigerator with a large variety of local wine you can purchase, which was very convenient. We also had the very helpful and pleasant Ivanna who did housekeeping and amazingly even washed our clothes. Seven adults fit comfortably with room for more. All of us highly recommend the agency and the Villa Queen of Dubrovnik. This is an exceptional accommodation.

Absolutely fantastic family holiday

We traveled as a family with four kids aged 15, 12 and 7 and my mother-in-law. There was more than enough room for everyone. Moreover, the villa is very interesting in its layout and furnishings. I liked it very much because of its authentic style and would rather stay here than in any of modern commercial rental houses that look almost all the same. The villa is located within a short walk to the old town and close to shops and restaurants which was crucial to us, as we didn't want to hire a car or use taxis. All in all, our family week in Luxury Residence Queen of Dubrovnik was a very pleasant experience. We already make some plans to return in 2 years. Hope everything will stay the same.
