Razoável
Localização do hotel boa. Faz muita falta não ter nem frigobar no quarto e nem uma máquina de gelo no hotel. Duas noites que estávamos hospedados teve música muito alta no bar/restaurante do hotel até as onze horas da noite (11pm), o que incomodou muito para dormir, visto que os quartos não tem janelas a prova de som. Estacionamento caro.

Nao tinha agua quente durante 2 dias, o cofre do quarto nao funcionava, o funcionario disse que teriamos que usar a senha 000, para que cofre se nos dao a senha... O frigobar nao gelava, depois de solicitar a manutencao, voltou a funcionar. Nao ha toalhas nem cadeiras e nem guarda sol para praia, tudo tem que pagar a parte.

Muito boa, além de minhas expectativas.
Excelente hotel, localizado numa praia linda, restaurantes e diversão perto, se vai á pé. A cidade antigafica á 2km, mas tem ônibus de15 em 15 minutos. Café da manhã e jantar excelente e farto. Sem dúvida me hospedaria lá novamente!!!!!

Mais do que esperava!
Localizado num cenário idílico, com uma varanda em cima da baía onde é servido o pequeno almoço. Embora melhorasse com alguma remodelação e modernização a localização e a amabilidade acabam por fazer esquecer alguns pequenos defeitos. Importante: O hotel está a 10 minutos de carro da parte histórica mas por recomendação da recepção apanhámos o autocarro que vai directamente da porta do Hotel para a porta de acesso à parte histórica de Dubrovnik - Sem problemas de estacionamento ou pagamento de parkings!

Accommodation was clean and quiet with good facilities. Location is convenient on the bus 4 route to the Old City, on the water with stone beach and close to restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is well located, only a 10 mins bus ride to the old town. They are on the beach and the staff were very helpful and friendly. However, the hotel needs a major renovation. It looks a little run down, the walls are so thin that you can hear people coughing in the next room. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

I was looking for a place to stay alone for 3 days between a family trip and an 18 day tour I was taking. This was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view and at a very reasonable price. The room was small but very functional and I’m so glad I paid for a room with a balcony and view. Interestingly, the guests were mostly Europeans – I seemed to be the only American so I want to encourage more to try this spot.. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly. I opted for full board breakfast and dinner included and it did not disappoint. Plenty of options! Additional drinks were very reasonable. However, when I realized how many restaurants were a short walk away down the lovely promenade which went all the way around the bay, I would’ve opted to have tried dinner elsewhere as well. The restaurant staff was efficient but rather brusk and not that friendly - except for Mario! This young man was friendly and kind and made me feel less out of place while dining alone. It made a big difference to feel welcome especially while dining alone. Thank you Mario! Bottom line – Hotel Vis was an excellent value. The views were fabulous, the beach very accessible (bring flip flops for sure) and the seaside promenade perfect for a long gorgeous walk past many restaurants, hotels, and swimming spots.

Was gut ist es liegt direkt am Strand und die Bushaltestelle is auch vor dem Hotel! Alles andere lässt zu wünschen übrig! Das Hotel is sehr alt und abgewohnt! Das Frühstücksbuffet is eher lieblos! Das Personal sehr bemüht und nett! Wenn man gerne mit Tieren( Ameisen, Motten usw ) im Zimmer leben will ist man hier richtig!

It’s getting old and run down. Shower was broken, door handle almost falling off, no safe, no fridge and no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Great beach, which would be the reason to stay here.

Very basic and old for the price
Our view was amazing, balcony view to the beach. The room had a weird smell, they said the smell was from the beach. Very old, water damage on the ceiling, part of the hardwood floor was missing. The only good thing was when the balcony door was opened you got an amazing breeze from the sea.

We had a wonderful view of the sea. However, there is no elevator and we had to climb three flights of stairs. There was no air conditioning and we asked about it but nothing happened. The area was fine- a 10 minute bus ride to old town.
