Façil acesso ao ponto de encontro dos tours!
O hotel Komodor é um hotel antigo na melhor praia de Dubrovnik. Cama de casal full, banheiro pequeno e box minúsculo .Toda essa area na frente do hotel não pertence a ele. Localização com façil acesso a cidade velha e ponto de encontro para os tours( Pile Gate ) por onibus que passa ao lado do hotel. O café da manhã buffet é completo e o restaurante tbem oferece jantar buffet ao custo de 19 euros . Atendimento da recepção foi muito atenciosos.

Valeu a pena.
No geral, um ótimo hotel. Recepção super simpática. Acomodações entre nível bom e ótimo. Bem localizado para quem está com carro ou depende de transporte público. Bom café da manhã. Um ótimo (e bem localizado) terraço que, infelizmente, não pôde ser aproveitado (viagem em Abril/23): não há serviço de bar ou restaurante à la carte para o ambiente. No geral, um hotel com uma ótima relação custo/benefício.

Pleased stay!
Very pleasent stay in Komodor! The staff is wonderful, breakfast and dinner excelents. Nothing to complain, except not having a frigobar in the room. We loved also the swiming pool, the proximity to the beach and the bus facility to the old town. The furniture us old fashioned, but did not interfere.

Ótima opção perto da praia
Muito bem localizado, a alguns metros de distância das praias. Uma caminhada a mais e chega-se a uma ótima área de restaurantes e bares. Mercado próximo. Ao lado do ponto de ônibus que leva para Old Town. Funcionários super atenciosos e solícitos. Quarto bem amplo e limpo. Apenas senti falta de mais tomadas no quarto. Uma ótima opção para fugir dos preços exorbitantes e das escadarias dentro de Old Town. O café da manhã é razoável. As opções de suco são péssimas (gosto artificial).

No return
The Kindness and availability of front office guys specially Matko. The Hotel was not very clean, very old decoration, old CRT Television, bed sheets and towels with holes. Breakfast was pretty much always the same… no diversity at all, Dinner service is from 1900 till 2100 but 20 minutes before you'll find it difficult to find some food in the buffet… At 21h00 sharp all food is removed even if people are still eating… one of the days… even tho we were still eating at 21:10 lights were turned down. Waiters were rude and unapproachable. Half board with drinks excluded by the way. We felt that the price payed for the week was very high for this kind of service, would not recommend this to anyone… and i will make sure to not come back to Komodor.

Great location and Exceptional front desk clerks
The location of the hotel is excellent just steps from the beach in Lapad. The staff at the front desk were all very helpful and knowledgeable. On September 22, 2023, which was our first night, the front desk clerk, for which we can’t remember her name, was exceptional and went out of her way to help us. It was her last day and last hour working as she was going back to university. She helped us get an Uber ride to take us to the marina. She was truly lovely and kind up to the last minute she worked. This is very telling of what a wonderful character she has. We spent two separate nights here a week apart. The first night we had a hotel room that was smaller and the bathroom was teensy tiny. The second night we spent there a week later, we had a much bigger room and a much bigger bathroom. Both had balconies with great views.

Great base to explore Dubrovnik outside of the hustle of the Old Town. Convenient local bus to old town was €2 and the hotel was a minutes walk from the beach. Good local restaurants. Clean and comfortable room with fantastic sea views.

All hotel staff were so kind supported us warmly. We can access to the beach on foot and get to old town by bus easily. They also offer reasonable buffet dinner, and it costs cheaper than other restaurants around the hotel.

Great location, poor standard rooms
The location of the hotel is great and I’m very happy with choose Lapad bay as our destination in Dubrovnik. The common areas such as the reception, the pool area and the breakfast area was nice clean and modern. The room however had a really low standard. It had an old smelly carpet, old dark wood furniture, no fridge and the smallest bathroom I have ever seen with the door opening inwards! The bed seemed to only have a spring matress not a bed matress on top which was’t very comfortable.

Beautiful view, very friendly and helpful staff, and super close to the bus stop for a quick ride to Old Town. We discovered great walks and restaurants right in the area. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Great place to sleep. The staff were kind and helpful. Not a great hotel, but nice buffet breakfast and minutes from sea. Bus #4 stop (one going to old town) is just around the corner.
