A newly renovated comfortable apartment located in the most beautiful area of Dubrovnik. With splendid views of the Old Town of Dubrovnik and amazing sea views. To the Old Town it takes only ten minutes walk. The biggest charm is a 10 sq. meter balcony, the sunset over Old Town and island Lokrum is fantastic and unforgettable.

Ana was the most wonderful host. She had everything covered from color-differentiated towels with matching sets to umbrellas and beach towels and advice on the weather and local sights. She was so full of energy, welcoming and set us up with easy and well priced pickups and drop-offs from the airport. The apartment is wonderful with a gorgeous view and excellent street cats. Everything we needed was walkable and the old city is the most incredible place. We dont have enough good things to say about our stay! Thank you Ana!!

The apartment was very clean and nicely stocked with coffee, sugar, fruit, etc. The host, Ana, is fabulous...attentive without being intrusive and thoughtful of every detail. The view from the balcony is an amazing, either for watching the beautiful sunsets or just looking over the Old Town.The location is very convenient. Just a 10-15 minute walk downhill to the Ploce gate of the Old Town. Should you have any mobility challenges, be aware that the return walk is about a mile and it is uphill. Once arriving at the apartment, it is 65 steps from the street to the apartment. But this is a small inconvenience if you have no limitations.

We (2 adults and 2 kids) very much enjoyed our stay at Ana’s place which was clean, well-stocked and very convenient to getting to beaches nearby. She was also very helpful on places to go and responded to our questions during the visit. Uber is available in Dubrovnik and we were able to get around quickly and affordably. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay in Dubrovnik at Ana's apartment. Communication was good with Ana at the start and check in went very smoothly. We met Ana on arrival and she showed us around the apartment and provided us with various information. She also supplied a welcome pack which was just what we needed when we arrived. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and we very much enjoyed the lovely views from the balcony whilst having breakfast each morning. The apartment is a short walk into Dubrovnik old town. Fabulous stay!

Had a fabulous family vacation thanks to our host Ana! Transfer to and from the airport was smooth and organized by our host who greeted us warmly upon arrival. Everything you could need was available in the apartment including details and brochures of sites in the area. She even had some food essentials waiting for us which was a welcome surprise after traveling. The location was ideal with fantastic views, a door away from a small food market, and short walk to the bus. Walking distance to Old Town and multiple beaches. Thank you Ana for sharing your home and we are looking forward to returning in the future!

Dubrovnik stay

Stayed in Ana's apartment for a week at the end of May. Ana's communication is great. Ana arranged a taxi for us to and from the airport. The driver was there on arrival and pointed out some interesting things along route. Ana was there to meet us on arrival and showed us the apartment and had some tourist information available for us as well as some basic provisions which were most welcome. We arrived on a Sunday and as this was technically out of season the supermarkets were closed.The apartment was clean and well kept, gorgeous views of the Old town and Lokrum. Apartment situated in great location. Walk into town is downhill, passing Banje beach. Viktorija bus station is only a few minutes walk and the bus number 5 & 8 make travel around the island so easy.

Dubrovnik Stay May 2025

We stayed for seven days at this apartment and could not have asked for a better location. We were within a few minutes walk of old town and with easy access to public transportation. The apartment was clean with great views of the city from the balcony. Ana was awesome. A great help in suggesting places to go. We could not have asked for a better host. Thank you Ana.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Dubrovnik! Ana was an amazing host—warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. She even greeted us with fresh fruit, milk, bread, and juice, which was such a lovely touch after a day of travel.The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, including shampoo, soap, dishes, small appliances, and even laundry detergent. The balcony offers a breathtaking view—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.It's about a 15-minute walk to the Old Town, with a mix of uphill and downhill along the way—but that’s just part of the Dubrovnik charm. Street parking is available right outside, though the road is narrow and sloped, so some basic parking skills come in handy.Overall, we highly recommend this place for a comfortable and authentic stay in Dubrovnik!

Work/Pleasure Getaway

Everything about our stay at Ana's beautiful apartment was perfect. Ana was incredibly welcoming and communicative. It made finding the location and checking in so easy. She met us and graciously showed us the apartment and how to find everything. The apartment was super clean and she had the fridge stocked with milk, fruit, and yogurts when we arrived. The view is stunning from the quaint deck and the building was very quiet and peaceful. I cannot say enough about Ana's hospitality and this beautiful spot. We will definitely be back to visit again!

Great location and amazing view

I stayed for a week while I was working remotely and enjoying the city period the apartment was very well equipped and comfortable period I do a lot of cooking when I am working remotely, and didn't have any problem with supplies or equipment period the view of the balcony is stunning period you can see from miles and miles and every direction period the owner was very nice and extremely responsive period highly recommended

Best Host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay in the apartment. Ana is a lovely lady who met us on arrival, kindly helped us with our luggage, and showed us around the facilities. The rooms are nicely furnished and spotlessly clean and Ana had provided some essential groceries, including a bottle of wine, which was much appreciated! The highlight of our stay was enjoying a coffee on the balcony while taking in the fantastic views of the Old Town and Lokrum Island. The accommodation is excellent value for money and the warm hospitality we received from Ana was second to none. We would definitely recommend this apartment as the perfect base for a stay in Dubrovnik.

Amazing Apartment in Dubrovnik

Ana is an amazing host, renting out this amazing property. Three of us spent 5 nights here and were very glad we had booked with Ana. She is very helpful - from arranging pick up from the airport to providing some essential items to enable a smooth start to our stay. The view is fantastic! We spent time relaxing on the balcony, walking to the Old Town and exploring many areas, including the island we could see from our apartment. We highly recommend staying in this lovely apartment.

Wonderful visit

I came with my girlfriend for my 60th celebratory holiday, and was not disappointed. The apartment is perfect, everything that you need is here. The view is to die for, its stunning. Ana was so lovely and was incredibly helpful, and was always available by phone. I would highly recommend Cavtat and Lokrum Island for visits, and obviously the old town is beautiful. Bring your walking legs, there are some steps up to the apartment as mentioned by previous guests. Its no suprise though, its a city on the side of a craggy coastline and is very hilly. Ubers are very cheap and easy to find though, and the buses are also cheap and frequent (4 euros to Cavtat, and that's about 35 minutes). There is also a water taxi to Cavtat. I would highly recommend Ana's apartment, we totally loved it here.

Amazing Sunset Apartment

We had an amazing stay in Ana’s apartment. Ana anrra airport pickup. We were meet by Nic who was extremely friendly. Then checkin by Josef. Ana had left us a welcome pack , milk, bread juice etc. Beautiful apartment, amazing sunset and very handy to beaches and Dubrovnik centre. Bus stop 5 mins away. We would most definitely stay again. Short but sweet stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ana’s apartment. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities you’d need - from laundry, to lots of beach and bath towels, it was great. The location was a bit further from the old town then we thought. Plus being there in the middle of summer, the walk seemed further in the heat! We usually took Ubers to old town which varies in price depending on time of day (anywhere from 7-15 euros). Thanks for a great stay!

wonderful stay

Ana was so helpful and welcoming. She met us at our arrival and gave us an orientation to the apartment and the area. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was helpful to have a washing machine and clothes lines for drying. The view of the Old City and the Adriatric Sea from the porch was gorgeous. The Old City was a 20-35 min walk (depending on up or down hill and what kind of shape you're in) from the apartment (be prepared for real exercise on the way back). We did the walk several times, but you can always take an Uber.

Chez Ana

No negatives about our 12 nights at Ana's apartment. Ana arranged taxi from and to the airport, was there to greet us on arrival and gave us detailed information for an excellent stay in the wonderful town of Dubrovnik. Will definitely return in the future.
