Hotel bonito, limpo e bem localizado.
O Hotel é muito bom! A localização é boa fomos pra todos os lugares a pé ( exceto aeroporto), limpo, café da manha bacana, quarto bonito! Minha unica tristeza foi o elevador quebrado o tempo todo. Ficamos no ultimo andar e foi complicado subir e descer com malas e ninguem se prontificou a nos ajudar.

Anyone considering staying here needs to know there's a discoteque in the building. When I was there the party didn't stop until 4 AM. It VERY much affected my trip as I had great difficulty staying awake for why I made the trip after only 3 hours sleep. However, the hotel leaves complimentary ear plugs in the room.So, its not all bad.

the hotel was very charming... the room was the bare min nothing good - but also nothing really bad. Until about 2-3 am when you still cannot sleep. To be fair the front desk offered another floor when I checked in but I would of had to carry my luggage up and I had a few bags and by myself- so I turned it down, that was a mistake. Also know the parking is a bit of a walk

This otherwise nice hotel literally has a dance club on its first floor that blasts electronic dance music until 3 am Thur and Sun and 4 am on the weekends. The music came through your windows all night long. Unless you’re there to party with 18-20 year olds, stay away. I cant believe the hotel doesn’t tell you this in advance. Very disappointed in our stay.

2 out of the 3 nights we spent there were very noisy, due to the attached bar. But even then, i would have rather stayed there, instead of the next hotel that was available, The Camden Hotel.. that place was horrible!!!

There is a nightclub in the hotel. From my room i could hear it ( there was earplugs provided in the hotel room) . I didn’t mind but its good to know.

Do NOT stay here if you are looking for a place to sleep. This is a nice hotel with friendly and efficient reception personnel. The room was very small but that did not present a problem, everything was clean and comfortable. However, the hotel runs a nightclub and the beat from the music vibrates the walls until 2:30 am. The hotel provides a set of earplugs on each night table but they do not prevent the vibration from keeping you awake. I'm sure it is a popular nightclub and could be a good hotel but the owners(s) need to decide which one they want to it be. The Cambridge dictionary defines a hotel as "a building where you pay to have a room to sleep in, and where you can sometimes eat meals:" The Jackson Court Hotel does NOT met this definition.

Just dont!!!!
Not clear during booking this hotel is actually a nightclub!!!! Coming from work at the end of the day we found out a huge queue outside the entrance door. Had to give our names and room to a security guard to enter. Our reception was now a cloakroom and loads of young people hanging around with drinks and loud music. Entering our room we realised how bad our night would be. Sounds like the DJ was inside our bathroom shouting at the youngsters! Later on a lot if talking on the corridors….After a long work day we just want it to rest and have a nice night sleep

Checking in went fine except for the girl forgetting to mention that although my room was on the 3rd floor, I had to take the elevator to 1st floor, walk some corridors to a next building and there climb the stairs to the 3rd floor (no elevator). At first I wondered why the hotel had supplied earplugs… this became clear at night - my room was overlooking the street which would be full of noisy nightclub-visitors & cars. I was glad that I was not on a lower floor. If you’re out all day like me, the hotel is fine and good location. If you want a quiet sleep, dont go there.

Location is good and very convenient to go around the city. However the beds had very old mattresses and were extremely uncomfortable and at night the hotel is really loud. It’s not an area of pubs but the hotel has some type night club I wasn’t aware of when booking and the loud music goes on all night and the sound travels that it feels the party is going inside your room. Good location but impossible to get any rest.

I went to this hotel to relax and shower before heading to a conference. It was so loud it was hard to sleep. There’s a club underneath. An alarm went off during the night and woke me up too. The shower was cold. I turned up the heat to full and it wouldn’t warm up. The staff were polite and the location is good.

The hotel room was updated and in good condition. I liked everything about the property and staff except its fatal flaw which I can’t see being resolved. There is a nightclub associated with the hotel and the noise on the street didn’t stop until 3 AM on Thursday and 3:30 on Friday night. They provide earplugs in each room but they can’t do anything to really mitigate the noise. The nightly nightclub noise is the problem so be forewarned if you decide to stay here.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my entire life. This property should not be considered a hotel where people can sleep. This listing should be removed off of Expedia. I am trying to recieve a refund from this establishment and pursue legal action against them. We were given a handicapped room located near no other rooms located in between two doors which slammed the entire night. Our shower was for an individual in a wheelchair and it was impossible to shower. The water went all over the tile floor and we were provided no mat. I slipped and fell on the tile floor. When i asked the staff why we were given this room they said it was just random. The room was directly next to the entrance for their night club which blasted loud music till 3:30 AM. Over-served patrons were standing outside our window all night, fighting, puking, unable to stand, screaming loudly it was truly the worst experience of my life staying at this hotel. The staff were unhelpful and combative. I asked for my receipt when we checked out and the man the front desk started screaming at me. It was a very bizarre experience to stay the least. Expedia should NOT list this hotel for people to book.

Worst night of my life, there’s a really loud and popular nightclub below the rooms. Was told I could go in, just wanted a good nights rest. Incredibly loud and didn’t stop until after 4:00am. There was no staff at the front desk very early in the evening. Tried to get support, and a refund, but no one would help.

It should be more clear on the hotel website that hotel are above a nightclub. The noise travelled all the way up to the third floor, making it impossible to sleep.

This is a well-located property close to most of the attractions of Dublin. It is very clean and has good maid service, the room was serviced each day (unlike in some hotels). The rooms are comfortable although a little small. A downside is the hotel is in the centre of the party district of Dublin and Dubliners know how to party so expect a good deal of noise in the early hours of the morning. Outside of that, it was a great hotel and one to which I would certainly return.

Do not recommend!
We were unaware the hotel was located over a night club. Music was blaring until 3:00 AM. Even with windows closed and ear plugs in it was ridiculously loud. Did not sleep well. Parking could have been validated, however they were unable to validate when you used the new parking payment system, which they did not tell us when we asked about where to park, so ended up paying full price of $40 a night. And our included breakfast was a juice box and cookies left at our door.

This property is well located to things to see and do in Dublin, walking is easy to many places. The building has character and our deluxe double room was very nice. We were greeted with a departing breakfast snack on our departure day which was really appreciated before our 7:30 bus to the airport. The front desk staff were always helpful. The only caveat is the potential noise associated to their night club Copper Face Jack’s. Of course if you’re spending the evening at the night club, you may not mind ;)!
