This elegant two-bedroom villa in Damac Hills 2 is the perfect destination for your upcoming trip to Dubai with your loved ones. The fully-equipped kitchen provides all the essentials for your daily culinary needs, and the open-plan living style ensures that you remain connected with your family as you whip up delicious meals. Dine together at the formal dining table indoors, or relish the serene garden atmosphere at the outdoor dining table for six, complete with your own BBQ area for some delightful grilling sessions.

Unwind after dinner on the comfortable sofa in the inviting lounge area and catch a movie on the large screen TV. Upstairs, you'll find two luxurious bedrooms, each adorned with Key Views' signature linen on plush, oversized beds that are sure to provide a restful night's sleep. Additionally, there's a study room with a sofa bed, perfect for additional guests or a cozy reading nook. Two balconies upstairs offer community views, where you can sip on your coffee and plan your day's adventures. The bathrooms are stocked with Key Views' fluffy towels and hotel-grade amenities, leaving you feeling refreshed and invigorated throughout the day.

The villa does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained villa, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the villa with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This villa is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the villa to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your villa.
The refundable security deposit is 2500 AED.

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
