Shower leaks under the shower door, so bathroom floor is flooded after a shower.
Bathroom smells of pee
Woke up to find there was no water on the 27th of May 23, call reception they advise it was not coming back on till 2pm and offer a bucket of water to wash in.
Bathroom light does not switch off, says on 24 hours a day, raised issue and was advise it is supposed to be like that, which is strange as there is a switch to turn it off.
There was only one 1 towel in the room when we checked in, had to call to ask for more, the towels had seen better days, they were worn and fit for the bin.
Went to use the swimming pool, took one look at it and turned back. The surrounding area around the pool was not clean, and it looked like
