This airy 95 square meter apartment is newly redone to make the guests feeling cozy and warm welcomed in their temporary home. With a huge living room and new matching furniture, the comfortable sofa-bed invites to relax and watch one of your favorite TV shows on an oversized 65-inch TV or just to enjoy looking at the warm light of electric fireplace.



The dining area is furnished with solid wooden table and cushioned chairs. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary modern appliances and kitchen utensils like cutleries, pots, tableware, coffee machine, microwave, gas hob, big fridge, dishwasher & washing machine.



A good night sleep is guaranteed in big bedroom with blind-out curtains and king size bed with high quality mattress and hotel quality bedding. The bathroom attached to the bedroom has 2 wash basins, bathtub, shower, toilet and bidet. Another small bathroom is located in entry hall. After a day spent out and about, it is good to relax on the balcony and watch a colorful night light of Dubai’s skyline. The building enjoys a prime location with direct access to two key social hubs within DIFC: Gate Avenue, an air-conditioned promenade filled with shopping, art, and dining options such as Chic Nonna, Roberto’s, and Cipriani Dubai; and Gate Village, known for its vibrant open-air dining and social scene. There are restaurants from all over the world to meet your style - from budget to upscale, from indoor to outdoor - something for everyone. For added convenience, both Waitrose and Carrefour are located within Gate Avenue and directly connected to the building.

⋆ Consent to House Rules: All guests must provide written consent to the house rules on chat before access is allowed.

⋆ Personal Information: Please provide the home address, email address, and passport copies for all guests at least 24 hours before check-in. Failure to do so will result in an inability to check in.

⋆ Booking changes are not guaranteed and depend on the host’s discretion.

⋆ Early Communication Request: We kindly ask that you share any concerns or issues with us directly, giving us the opportunity to promptly assist you.

⋆ Key Policy: AED 1,000 charge per lost key or key card. A call-out fee of AED 500 applies for door opening due to lost keys, in addition to the key replacement cost.

⋆ Smoking Policy: Strictly non-smoking inside the apartment; AED 2,500 charge for smoking violations.

⋆ Staining Charges: Minimum AED 250 charge for any stains on furniture or linen requiring professional cleaning.

⋆ Late Checkout: AED 250 fee for late checkouts past 11 AM, if approved in advance.
