Other Things to Note

Once you have booked and received your confirmation email, we kindly ask you to provide your passport/ID details. This is required to ensure a smooth check-in and to meet our obligations with the tourism authority.

Your passport/ID details will only be used for:

Notifying building security to allow access
Registering your stay with the tourism authorities

The cleaning fee included in the price breakdown covers checkout cleaning only. For any additional cleaning during your stay, please contact us for availability and pricing.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A 1,000 AED deep-cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs inside the apartment.

Late checkout after 12:00 PM is subject to availability and requires approval. Without prior approval, a fee of 50 AED per hour will apply.

Access cards must be left inside the apartment at checkout. A charge of 200 AED per card will apply for lost or removed access cards.
