Maravilhoso!
Hotel beira mar, vista para o Atlantis com ponto de vista para o Burj Al Arab, quartos amplos aconchegantes todos com sacadas para vista mar, restaurantes deliciosos, atividade para crianças. O sistema All Inclusive é muito vantajoso.

Hotel excelente
O hotel é maravilhoso!!! Muito moderno, bonito, limpo e possui uma equipe extremamente educada e prestativa. O quarto é amplo e arejado e a vista vale a pena! O café da manhã é muito farto e saboroso. O único inconveniente que observei foi a distância para os principais pontos turísticos de Dubai, mas o hotel oferece um serviço de traslado para um dos shoppings que facilita o deslocamento pela cidade.

Great Turkish brand. Accomodations accordingly to hotel reputations. However, a little bit far from everything (as almost all hotels in Dubai). Great particular beach and good views to Burj El Arab and Atlantis.

A great stay -kids club was amazing. Only downside was that the ac didn’t work in our room our first night and so we had to move rooms. Loved the first room more as it was a beautiful large ground floor right at the pools.

Staff are excellent and very attentive. All folks from reception to buffet, pool and beach were extra polite and looked after us. Check in is at 3 and we arrived at 10am! Thankfully they sent us for breakfast and had the room ready by 11 - amazing! We had a senior suite which was a little dated and aircon only worked in half the suite but it was huge with a nice bathroom and stunning views. Pools are nice and well maintained - only thing I would add is more service staff at main pool bar. Buffet was pretty good but not great for kids - no pizza during 2 weeks we were there, kids menu was pretty limited and repetitive. Great that you get free tickets and shuttle to aquaventure every day - that is exceptional. Steak restaurant was also very good, we had the tomahawk which was excellent. Kids activities and water slides etc are great and a nice touch. Gym was well equipped and staffed without anyone pushing personal training on you. However if you want it training is available in all manner of sports/exercises. Spa and salon is good also although you do get hassled to buy treatments at the pool/buffet. Main bar is cool - lots of screens and Guiness on draft! Taxis are available pretty readily which used to be an issue on the Palm. There is also a free shuttle to Mall of Emirates. The all-inclusive concept is great here and other than the points I mentioned was overall very good.

I feel obliged to write this as I made my decision based on the reviews of other people on this platform. I’ve recently got back from staying at the Rixos for two weeks and I must say it is very very poor in comparison to other hotels in Dubai , yes it’s probably better than some hotels in Europe, but in the UAE there are much better places to stay, the property is extremely tired. The rooms need huge amounts of maintenance. The cleaning teams are time checked and so miss many things leading to the rooms being left dirty or areas not being cleaned at all the food and the buffet restaurants is the same every day almost only slight changes, the second restaurant for the buffet was closed and we weren’t told this which led to huge queues in the main restaurant but the worst thing is the restaurants that you have to book into which is where the good food is they limit the amount of people who go into these at night I would say they’re probably working on about 50% occupancy of the actual restaurant. I’m not sure if this is cost saving for food cost or staffing problems, but it was an absolute joke when we actually got into these restaurants to see half the restaurant empty and queues in the main restaurant. In my opinion look elsewhere, there’s much better options in Dubai than this.

Unser Familienurlaub im Rixos the Palm in Dubai war einfach großartig! Das All-Inclusive-Angebot hat uns voll und ganz überzeugt - die Qualität der Speisen und Getränke war wirklich hervorragend. Besonders die Abende im Steak-Restaurant und beim Italiener waren ein Genuss für unseren Gaumen. Das Servicepersonal war äußerst aufmerksam und immer darum bemüht, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach perfekt für einen entspannten Badeurlaub. Wenn man Lust hat, die Stadt zu erkunden, empfiehlt es sich wirklich, ein Mietauto zu nehmen - so konnten wir die faszinierenden Seiten von Dubai in vollen Zügen entdecken. Nur schade, dass das Selfparking trotz Angabe nicht verfügbar war. Das Zimmer war zwar geräumig und sauber, jedoch war es ein wenig abgewohnt. Leider hatten wir das Pech, ein Zimmer direkt über der Bar1 zu bekommen, und abends war es zwischen 21 und 24 Uhr ziemlich laut und die Musik drang gut hörbar in unser Zimmer. Die verschiedenen Pools des Hotels sind wunderschön gestaltet und laden zum Entspannen ein. Aber wie erwartet, wurden die Liegen schon früh morgens reserviert, was ein bisschen schade war. Leider waren die Liegebetten nur einigen Gästen vorbehalten. Doch der Fruchtstand am Pool war super - jeden Tag wurden wir mit frischen Vitaminen verwöhnt. Im Sommer sollte man allerdings keine Abkühlung im Meer erwarten - das Badewannenwasser zuhause ist kühler ;-

The hotel was great for kids but was a little dated in areas and being at the end of the palm made it a long way to get anywhere. The all inclusive option is rare in Dubai and we always feel is a must with young kids.

it was amazing for kids. there was loads to do and the food was lovely too. we also had all inclusive and it was totally worth it however our room had AC issues and we were forced to move. we had a second room with better views however the shower knob broke and the AC still wasnt perfect. i felt we spent so much - we shouldnt have really had these issues. we have 2 small children too so it was really impractical. the manager did say he would give us a discount or upgrade the next time we decide to visit but not sure we will to be honest.

Off the scale amazing! We have been to many 5* hotels and this is up there with the best. The service was awesome, food delicious, so clean, modern. Highly recommend - book it! :)

Great 5 star experience! Staff were all amazing which goes a long way. Hotel had great facilities and was very family friendly. Areas for improvement? 1 - quality of beds could be better/more comfortable. 2 - adding usb ports and better TV entertainment eg Netflix login capability would have been a bonus

i stayed with my husband and 2 kids for 4 nights in this property and we really enjoyed alot, everything was really perfect and speciallly kids friendly. staff were sooo kind and helpfull and friendly specially one named ONUR was really nice and helpful, he were sooooo kind and he was so kind specially he arranged everything for us from the time we arrived untill we left and he managed late check out for us because of kids as well so it was so helpful, and i really appreciate that. we definitley come back again.

First let me just say that the guest services at RIXOS The Palm Dubai Hotel and Suites started long before I arrived. I called the hotel a week prior to my departure and was transferred to Mr. Usman. Mr. Usman assured me that my stay at Rixos The Palm would be exceptional and it was!!! The location and the picturesque views from my well-appointed spacious Sr. Suite are simply beautiful. I am a World Traveler, Bonified Foodie and a Wine Connoisseur. I found all of the dining options at Rixos The Palm Dubai to be pleasingly delicious to my taste palate. I especially enjoyed the Lamb Kabobs at The LOCO Steakhouse and The Chocolate desert at the Lolivo Ristorante! Every single person from guest services to housekeeping to Concierge to The Ajana Spa were very professional and attentive. Whether you are a single traveler, like myself or planning a vacation for the entire family, the Rixos The Palm Dubai Hotel and Suites is how you want to experience Dubai! I highly recommend.. Jan
