Excelente!
Excelente! A localização é maravilhosa! Tudo em Dubai é longe... e o Hotel fica anexo ao Ibn Battuta Mall, um shopping temático maravilhoso! No shopping tem Carrefour o que ajudou bastante também na parte de economia. Eles prepararam uma decoração linda no quarto por ser nossa viagem de lua de mel. Ficamos encantados. O hotel também fica ao lado da estação de metrô e ao lado de onde saem os ônibus para Abu Dhabi. Isso ajuda muito no deslocamento também e tornou tudo mais fácil. Atendimento maravilhoso no hotel! Tudo lindo, limpo, confortável... super recomendamos!

Excelente custo benefício
Excelente hotel, um pouco afastado do centro mas usei o metrô e deu tudo certo. Quarto super espaçoso, chuveiro e cama maravilhosos e o café da manhã muito completo e saboroso. Voltaria a me hospedar com certeza.

Maravilhoso
Incrível, ficamos na segunda torre, que era a mais "chique", fizemos uma upgrade na chegada. e ganhamos o Early Check-in, pois chegamos 8h da manhã. Não tinha café da manha incluso, era pago a parte, mas o hotel fica dentro do shopping local deles, onde tem um imenso Carrefour, compramos tudo lá para o Café da Manhã. Recomendo, principalmente experimentarem o Leite de camelo, o sorvete de leite de camelo e o chocolate de leite de camelo. Delicioso. É um ótimo shopping para fazer compras, pois não é de turistas. O quarto era excelente, bem limpo, ótimo chuveiro, com frigobar e TV grande. A internet era boa. Atendimento muito bom, bem agradáveis e fazem de tudo para te ajudar. Ficaria de novo com certeza.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! When Dubai was completely flooded, this hotel was surrounded by 5 feet of water. I contacted the hotel in advance and they ignored me. When I arrived to see the condition of the hotel I called them and they didn’t answer. I received a message the next day saying the hotel is operating as normal, staff said I could have walked through the water with the 20kg bag on my head - risking electrocution and walking through what is presumably sewage. Its laughable! I couldn’t check in on ANY day to this hotel because everything was closed, including all roads. They have refused to refund me, and the hotel manager Niumal Fernando has agreed to this decision. It is disgraceful, this has happened to 90 people PER DAY! They will lie to you, anything to try to decline you a refund. Stay in Avani next door! Pay a little extra; trust me it’s worth it.

Our first room had a ceiling leak in the bathroom and wet carpet in the living area. The shower continually shifted from hot to cold. It was difficult to drive to the hotel, but that was because of flooded roads—not the hotel’s fault.

My Flight to Dubai was cancelled by the Air lines due to the Iran attack on Israel, so they closed the air space at my travel location. I reached out to the Premier Inn Dubai Ibn Battuta Mall location and explain my uncontrollable circumstance, and they did not waive or refund my money. Note: The rental car company Sixt gladly refunded my money. and also FlyDubai airlines refunded my money. However, Premier Inn Dubai Ibn Battuta Mall did not!!! Unacceptable !!!This is not good business at all. They kept my money and sold my room to some else!!

The hotel's connectivity to the mall makes dining options easily accessible. Despite our intention to enjoy the swimming pool before checkout, it wasn't available as they were still filling it. While the family room comfortably accommodated three, the bed and pillows weren't as comfortable as expected. Checking in and out process was quick and easy.

A good hotel at a reasonable price. Good location near Metro for reaching other parts of the city. Adjacent shopping centre had anything you wanted and wide range of restaurants

The first room that I received had issues we the window making it impossible to sleep due to the highway. The second room I was moved had issues with the air conditioner - Noisy and rattling. This is the first time I have experienced such issues

We moved halfway through our stay to tower B superior room which was a lovely room and so much nicer. I would highly recommend staying in tower B superior room over the more basic room in the old tower

I stayed for a full week, good hotel, Ibn Battuta Mall and metro station are both a few metres away, I found that very convenient. The gym is good with all the necessities. Went for a quick run - 3km around the hotel and the mall, clear and accessible pavements were good. Staff were amazing, Joana was very helpful, and the rest of the team. The service at the bar could be better as it seemed like sometimes there was just one person taking orders and serving the entire bar.
