- All guests must provide passport copies before check-in for building security registration and stay registration with local tourism authorities.

- Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability.

- No smoking inside the apartment. Allowed on the balcony. Waste to be disposed properly.

- Access Cards:
We kindly ask that you take good care of the access cards. If a card is lost or damaged, a replacement fee will apply.

- Building Amenities:
The pool, gym, and other shared amenities are managed by the Building Management team. While we don’t oversee these facilities directly, we want you to enjoy them as much as possible! Just a heads-up — sometimes maintenance or unexpected closures may happen without prior notice.

The entire home is all yours and is not shared with the owner or other guests. Feel free to unwind completely and dive into your Dubai adventures!
