*Please note our check-in window starts from 3 pm onwards and early check-in fees before 6 am will be full-day charges and after 6 am will be a half-day charge depending on the apartment's availability.
*The cleaning fee covers your departure cleaning and laundry services. You will always check in to a clean apartment and don’t have to worry about cleaning up before you go. This is all included in the cleaning fee.
*There is a Nespresso coffee machine provided for your amazing morning coffee. Please note that we are providing only limited capsules for the first day, and guests will need to get their own coffee capsules.
*Please note that late check-out requests are as per availability, any uninformed late check-out will be fined. Late check-out should be informed to us at least 24 to 48 hours before and wait for the confirmation.
*To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, Towels, and other essentials but these may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies.

Subject to availability, we will allow the guests to have early check-in free of charge after 12 pm to 3 pm however earlier check-in between 6 am and up to 12 pm will be chargeable as a half-day booking; anything before 6 am will be a full-day booking.
*Remember to be respectful of other guests and neighbors and be mindful of the use of all the appliances and furniture in the property.

*Proper use of all the gym equipment and facilities is advisable.

Damage Policy:
Any damage to the property will be assessed during the inspection process. Should any damage be found, a charge will be applied accordingly.
