Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise levels low during these times to respect neighbours and other residents.
Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Any evidence of parties or gatherings causing disturbance, including excessive mess, decorations, or complaints from neighbours or security, will result in a charge of 1000 AED.
2. Pets Policy
Pets are allowed only with prior approval. Extra charges may apply.
3. Smoking Policy
This property is strictly non-smoking. Smoking inside the apartment or on balconies is not permitted.
Any evidence of smoking, including cigarette butts, ash, odour, or burn marks, will result in a charge of 1000 AED.
4. Damages
Please treat the property with care. Any damages or breakages must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
5. Occupancy Limits
The property has a strict occupancy limit as stated in your booking. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
6. Security

7. Checkout Policy
